I was not provided Tranquility Beach Resort though I booked in advance. When I called Resort, I was told that there is overbooking and my booking is not taken. When I spoke to Sohail from Mumbai Office,he told that he will provide equivalent other hotel in Ganapatipule and he booked in Hotel Disha Residency. The said hotel is horrible and according to me it is no star hotel.The interior and food is horrible and I have taken pain to stay there for 2 days. I am surprised to note this kind of service provided by Travelguru whom I always prefer and recommended others. I was charged Rs.3500 per night where as said hotel is available for Rs.1500. This is a serious matter and I hope management will take necessary action. Rest I will leave it to Travelguru management.

Demo Trip Hotel location is very good just in front of beach but hotel management is not maintaining properly.

Demo Trip unless the management improves the amenities and makes the rooms more attractive, I will not recommend this attraction{?} inspite of the great location.
