Situated close to Delhi NCR, this property is definitely worth a visit for a weekend getaway, especially if you have a pet. Though the roads are a bit uneven at places, the property makes up for all the trouble. The haveli fort is well maintained, both the rooms as well as the grounds. The deluxe haveli rooms give a majestic feel with high ceilings, wooden windows, iron beds and old times switchboard. A special attraction is the numerous photographs and paintings of the colonial times which are displayed throughout the fort. The dining area in particular displays weapons of the old times. The grounds are vast stretches of greenery, including the horse stables and mango orchards. The highlight is the food served here which is homely and very well prepared. Though the spread is limited, it is delicious. A special mention has to be made of the haveli staff - Chirag, Tanuj and team who went out of their way to make our stay a very memorable one. Kudos to the entire team!
