We booked this hotel for three days completely unaware of the dire consequences that laid ahead.On reaching the hotel we immediately knew that we were in for a stay of our lives(sarcasm). let me now talk about the cons : 1) the hotel is absolutely unsuitable for staying 2)the hotel is has only one attendant 3)the manager is totally indifferent about the needs and wants of the guests 4)the food is absolutely disgusting. 5)rooms are over-priced 6)rooms are very dirty 7)the bed-sheets and blankets that are provided are dirtier that those provided by the Indian railways. 8)the kitchen looks as if it has not been cleaned in decades 9)the service is absolutely horrible 10)All in all it is "the worst hotel to stay in" Please , if you have even a tiny bit of a concern about your health and cleanliness ,do not stay in this hotel.

This is most untidy hotel I have ever stayed. The price is 1400 Rs per day and it does not justify with the accommodation they provide. Washroom is horrible the latrine water flash does not work. The water you get in the bathroom is also very dirty as the water tank is not cleaned for may be decades. We complained so many times to repair the cistern of the washroom but they just don't bother. we stayed 3 days there and the house keeping visited only once to clean the room. There is window ac which does not come with remote so have reach the ac every time you need to adjust temperature. The windows of the room is extremely dirty that one can dust allergy easily. The only advantage this hotel is got, it is located just beside Ghatsila station. Horrible experience guys don't stay in this hotel. Total wastage of your money.

Excellent hospitality; visited many ancient sites moreover the authorities at the hotel are very helpful; rooms are clean and the places are exotic like NARWA PAHAR and all; a place to stay spend a moment.

We, the teachers of an Engineering college, along with our family members, visited to Ghatshila for a family tour and stayed in this hotel for two nights. Honestly, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed anywhere in India. The reasons are given below: Cons: 1. Very small and untidy rooms. 2. Extremely dirty and smelly bathrooms (see the photo). Probably, They never clean the bathrooms. 3. Extremely uncleaned bathroom bucket and mug, we all had to buy new bucket and mug from outside shop for our daily use. 4. Very poor service staffs. They do not know any manner. 5. No geyser in the rooms; some rooms are having 1 Lit. geyser, but the hotel management is very reluctant to switch on those geyser putting different excuses. 6. Horrible foods. 7. No proper drinking water; no water purifier in the hotel! You have to always but mineral water from outside shops. 8. Many other horrible things which I cannot remember. Pros: No good thing about this hotel. As I tell you, I have stayed in many budget hotels in different rural areas in India, such as Bakkhali, but this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed.
