The hotel is noisy. People keep talking loud in the corridors whatever the time, this is simply a lack of savoir-vivre, but there is no sign encouraging guest to keep quite at night. PLease put a sign when exiting the elevator! Talking about elevators, their logic is cahotic. You can wait minutes before having an elevator bringing back to your room or brining you to ground floor. There are 3 of them, supposed to receive up to 13 persons, but it is a joke, you can only go by 7 max. Sometimes there are all at the same floor, not moving at all. For the 4 restaurants in the hotel, the choice for European food is quite reduced (Chicken burger, fish and chips and club sandwich), which is a pity for such a high-standard hotel, regularly visited by Europeans.

Pillow was extremely soft n was thin during head rest. No ash tray was available or found in smoking room. Mini bar was empty. Mirror was not placed at appropriate place. Chairs in Sitting lounge is less in no. during checkout .

I was disappointed with the hotel and the location. It is never mentioned that the hotel is situated near the dump of dirt and the stench that gets into the hotel and surrounding is really bad. The staff is very friendly and made our stay very comfortable but the hotel corridors had a musty smell. The in house spa should offer manicure and pedicure as well as some indian henna artwork that I am sure visitors would be interested in. Definitely not a good location to stay in but adequate as it was only a three night stay.

The experience was very poor. the staff is typical UP ite, no sense how to behave in a 5 star hotel. Just illiterate. poorly dressed. no courtesy. The furniture is poor, Bathrooms are smelly. Noisy area and near a slaughterhouse. Foul stench coming 24 x 7.

Checked in on the festival of Holi. The room was a bit nosiy as there was a pool party with DJ, but enjoyed the comfy stay for 4 days. IRD is Gr8 but needs to have more options. Spa is super relaxing and affordable. Breakfast has nice spread but doesn't have hot chocolate for non coffee or tea drinkers.
