We booked this for our honeymoon stay. The place is at close proximity from Baga beach and lane. There are no views from the room but they are well maintained and very clean. The bathroom has a bath tub which is a added advantage apart from shower.
The staff is awesome and they are very friendly. Though there was a timing set for dinner which was included in the package they generally used to wait till late and pleasantly surprised they are really care if we liked the food and
This hotel isn't perfect, but it is comfortable, the staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. Our room was spacious with a little balcony and good amenities, though there were some spots in the bathroom that needed a bit more cleaning and our room was not serviced during the day. We enjoyed the Goan specialities in the restaurant, though it's worth noting that despite the large alcohol menu only beer is actually available. The wifi worked well. Overall if the location a bit outside the main urban area suits you, this would be a good choice.
Randomly seen the property at site and booked no regrets...value for money..breakfast had decent spread and room were very modern amenities..
Thanks to GM Stephen who recommended us tours and done arrangements ...

We stayed at the property from 21st to 25th February 2019. We booked the hotel primarily because we wanted to stay near Baga beach. Here's a brief account of my experience.
We had booked the hotel approximately 1 month ahead and as per our request the manager booked for us Room 304 (the most recommend room as per trip advisor reviews)
The distance from the hotel to the airport is around 42kms. We booked a prepaid AC taxi from Dabolim airport which costed us around 1400Rs ( as the hotel is located after crossing the baga river the prepaid taxis charge you for Arpora and not Baga)
On arrival , the check in was prompt and they asked for the booking payment during the same time. There was no complimentary drink.
The room was bit small and compact but included a open balcony which has a partial view of the Baga river . There are 2 buildings on side and on front of the hotel so you won't be able to get a full view. But still this room will be the best option as the other rooms don't have any such view.
The room lacked a bit on the maintenance part as some of the furnitures had lost colors and wear work out. The bathroom had a bath tub.
As there were not much tourists on day 1 and 2 of our stay they made us breakfast and served . From day 3 onwards they had a buffet arrangement. The options were limited but we loved the food. They had a different menu each day which mostly included bread , Poha/upma , paratha/chola bhature/puri, juice ,fresh fruits ,tea/ coffee, choice of eggs .
The swimming pool was of moderate size.We didn't avail that.
Room service menu was not available on room . One day we wanted to order something but they simply forgot to send us the menu. They gave it next day. House keeping did a good job. Cleaned the room and bathrooms well.
For our travel we rented a car( for self drive) from the hotel itself. Costed around 1500 per day excluding oil. Parking is infront of the hotel.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for someone who is looking for a stay near Baga beach ( 10 to 15mins walk)for 4 to 5days.
