Pls never ever suggest this HOTEL to a FAMILY as BEDDING in the ROOMS are so HARD and you can't SIT on it for long time & SOFA in the ROOM has HARD CUSHIONS and you will feel like you are sitting on a ROCK BEDDING , my family had 3 Sleepless nights and on the last day only they gave me a SOFT BLANKET which they were to give on the very 1st day. TV not having proper channels and TV Remote also not given. ROOM Service is Below Average - Daily they took nearly 40 Minutes to deliver my BED TEA...the last day only they gave me a SOFT BLANKET which they were to give on the very 1st day. I am still amazed & unclear on how this Hotel has been rated as a 3 star property!!!! This is not a hotel but a shabby 1 BK apt converted to a hotel. Pathetic interiors & the hardest Mattress & dirty pillows adore the rooms. I had my FIRST cold water bath in my life. Thanks to this Hotel, since their solar system water pipe was not connected to the toilet in the room offered to me & it took full day of follow up with the so called Manager for changing the room.in my life. I must say , for the money one pays , this place is really value for money. The staff is courteous and the pool is clean . During this visit , I really appreciated the food . Very tasty . In fact I just 'had to' enquire about who the cook was, so that I could compliment him. Mr. Dilip Jena and Mr. Borun Senapati you make really tasty food. I have been eating their brinjal vegetable for the last 3 nights . Absolutely awesome.It's a steal considering the location. It's a place for the middle class.

The pics shown in the listing are misleading. Its atleast 30 yrs old hotel with pathetically managed staff. They don't even serve proper tea forget about anything else. The staff is very arrogant and shamelessly argue with guests if you question them. The rooms are pathetic. The beds and bathrooms are dirty. You've to literally walk 1/2 km to reach your room. The telephones provided in the rooms have terrible static in them. TVs don't work at all. Toilet seats are broken, used Toilet rolls are kept as cost cutting. And even if you manage to connect to the reception through landlines.. they never answer. We were really disappointed with the hotel and staff. STAY AT ALORE GRANDE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I have been to Alore grande 8th to 13th Nov16. 1. Breakfast and dinner was included in a package, and the food was very bad. Not a single time they served hot food (at breakfast and dinner ) 2. Package was included site-seane, it was not worth. 3. Rooms were ok, they are not changing bed sheets daily. 4. Lots of mosquitos in the room; not providing good night liquidators. 5. Very arrogant staff, not helping 6. Worst food I had in my life; due to cash problems (500-1000 Rs). 7. Stinky water in bathroom 8. Old building and rooms, no maintenance did for last 5 years So final statement, it is a waste of money; not worth with the amount we are spending

I liked the hotel services.The staff was extremely cooperative and fantastic.Specially the friendly behavior of manager sir.Location of the hotel makes it more important.Its neat and clean place.One can easily move to the beach area by just walking and close to the market area.Comfortable for families.I liked my stay in the hotel

the staff are extremely friendly...the food was fantastic with lot of variety in it. comfortable stay for couples, friends and family. you can also opt for any optional tours from the hotel directly. i booked this hotel through Marco Holidays and trust me the decision of booking this hotel at such a low price was good
