we had an excellent stay at the Beleza. We got lucky and had the whole villa to ourselves. Hospitality was oustanding. The hotel is very near to the beach but a bit far > 1 km or so from the main Colva beach junction. one would need to rent a car or a bike for easy transport. Overall a very good stay

accessibility : took us a while to locate the place not enough sign boards visible of the resort specially if you reach in night. room: there are 3 rooms in every duplex apartment, rooms are nice comfortable spacious clean with a well equipped bathroom, bed was cozy and nicely done, all rooms have nice balcony facing the pool, all the apartments have a fully functional kitchen as an option with all facilities. Service: needs improvement. Dining options : breakfast is complimentary, breakfast quality was poor with not many options. there kitchen is not at all effective since they could not serve even what they mentioned in their menu. Location : it is very good since the beach is just a minute walk from the room. recommended for: groups and big families who can book a duplex completely for themselves, cook themselves, and make use of all the extra space and privacy. overall my experience was good but there are areas where the resort needs to work on specially on food / service.

Good peaceful place to stay in South Goa. Located between Colva and Betalbatim and thus at a nice distance from most South Goa beaches. Rooms are big enough, clean and equipped with most modern amenities. But one thing: there was a strong pesticide smell in the room, when we reported the hotel staff said they spray some liquid as room freshener. It was too strong for a room freshener though :), we had to keep the doors open for two hrs with fans ON full speed, to make the smell comfortable. Outside the hotel there isnt too much to do nearby but at few kms one has options to eat and hang out. Overall a decent place to stay. I would recommend it.

Location:- Average ------------------- Resort is in isolated location and 200-300 meters to beach, The beach is top class with virtually no one around. One needs to take a 5-10 minute taxi ride to hit nearest shopping place (I.e. Colva beach) Dining Options: Limited ----------------------- Two bar & restaurants - One on the beach and other on resort - The beach one is closed during the monsoon (June to Oct). One needs to wait long time and service levels are poor with restaurant. However, only saving grace is the food and drinks quality is very good. Boarding: Average ------------------- This is resort is unlike hotel, provides a room with-in a three bedroom villa with living room and kitchen, which is shared. Good for multiple families. The mini-bar and coffee bar options are limited and often you find basic things to be in shortage. Bathrooms are very large and well maintained, Some times getting hot-water might be an issue during odd times. one needs to take caution about the insects and bugs entering rooms, when balcony doors are kept open. Final conclusion: ----------------- Good value for money deal and one need be prepared to make certain compromises

Th hotel is perfect for family travel. Excellent surrounding with peaceful atmosphere. May be hotel can promote kids-room with kids activities will be a bonus. Staff is little too casual compare to other hotels.

Nazare - Dinner by the Beach Nazare - Dinner by the Beach

by Dsareen on January 7, 2017

This is a new incarnation - the rebranded beach front restaurant at the Beleza by the Beach. Fresher, brighter, better bar and certainly better atmosphere. South Goa for years has been the country cousin to the more "hapenning" North Goa, but slowly but surely, things are changing. It seems obvious that if in Goa, one would like to Dine on the beach, and yet there are so few places apart from the temporary shacks (iffy food and hygiene) or Zeebop and Mickys that have that USP. Nazare has filled just that gap. Its on the Beach, in a quiet location without the hustle and bustle of the North. But location alone isn't whats going for it. Having now been 5 times in the short time that its been open, I can vouch for the quality of the food. I have so far stuck to Goan and North Indian. Perhaps the best dish on the menu is the Tandoori Prawn - Bite sized prawns, well marinated and cooked on an open grill. I would go back just for that. The Kingfish rawa masala fried is as good as I have eaten in Goa. And yes, a decent vegetarian sleection too, which is rare in Goa. The live band on Saturday night was great but on the other evenings, the Management might consider a more careful audition or stick to recorded music. In fact - perhaps a no music day or time might be a great innovation - just hear the waves and spend a quiet evening of conversation. Recommended.

Have stayed in lot's of hotels in Goa over the past 25 years and this is by far the best I have had the pleasure of staying in. Very secluded position but easy to get to places. Highly professional staff and attentive service. My sort of place.

Good Resort on the Beach Good Resort on the Beach

by ashoksaxena99 on January 4, 2017

We visited Beleza in Nov 2016 to attend to destination wedding of our nephew in Goa.The property has villas which consists of three bed room in each unit , a living room and kitchenette and dining and little open area where you can sit outside and have tea and coffee on Garden chairs. We were in unit D1. The wedding was in another resort while ring ceremony was in the resort in the open air restaurant of resort right on the beach. The food was good in restaurant or under room service. Buffet Breakfast had good spread and was next to poolside. Over all a good and well spread property right on beach but it lacked warmth. But other wise good place to stay on Colva beach area.

Nicely maintained resort offering a quiet vacation Nicely maintained resort offering a quiet vacation

We were at Beleza for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay... Rooms were spacious, so were the bath rooms... Rooms and bath rooms had good fixtures and had good quality supplies for the coffee maker and toiletries... Though the hotel staff asked us to leave the door into the building open through the night, we felt safe since our individual rooms could be locked... The configuration of 3 bed room town home is a great option for larger groups, just that the kitchen is not operational... The swimming pool is maintained well, their breakfast buffet had a decent range - live counter didn't have too much option though. The play area had table tennis and carrom, there was an open children's play area too.. Their beach side shack, Nazare, is more like an upscale shack - nice service and good food with good lighting... You can walk over to the beach through the shack, can enjoy the view of the sunset in their beach chairs too... Overall, if you are looking for a few days of quiet time in South Goa, this is definitely a worthy option...

Total chilling destination. Best location, great food, clean & comfortable. It's a steal! Great for long stays. Personally, if I have to recommend a place to continuously patronise without paying with an arm or leg then this is the place.
