Its not a hotel, its an apartment on rental. Pls be clear about this.

Free breakfast could have included more items than just tea/coffee/toast. Also when they charge for breakfast for children, its unfair to expect them to also have tea/coffee (milk is charged extra). Charges were therefore disproportionate with the offering. Service is extremely slow, staff is laid back. This includes staff at reception, room service and housekeeping.g. Great property with fully furnished rooms. Location was excellent and everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here and would like to recommend this property.

Room which i have booked was large and well maintained. Food was good. Staff and service was nice but there are some areas where they need to improve a lot. Every thing was fine but still i will say it as average property. The best thing was location it was simply great. Can be much better.

low grade rooms,smell in the room.please guys i advice you not to book any room from this hotel and this is not a hotel this is "CHADAR BADAL".Mr Jagdish and ms Seema Verma don't have any experience at all.

Worst hotel in my lifetime(MN resort in the name of Blue Beach resort) - Please careful with online booking.Dont get impressed with pictures.Its all fake.Ppl plz dont book this hotel.They are pakka fraud.I booked this hotel in the name of blue beach resort.Check for blue beach resort you will find the same pictures.Rooms are like drainage.Beds and blankets were never washed itseems.You can see more cockroaches,lizards and ants everywhere in room.Fridge is full of rust.No proper water and electricity.We never know whom to contact incase of any problem.Its not secure at all.Families don't even prefer you will lose all your happiness.People were very rude and they are helpless for anything. We booked for three rooms and paid 50 percent of amount online and finally they said its not possible for three rooms in this amount and they were fighting with us completely its a chaos and fraud resort

Worst experience with this hotel, Room was pathetic as compare to amount what they are charging even I was not able to stand over there for 1 hour and checkout from the hotel at the same time and shifted to another hotel which one is cheaper and better. Also 2 min walking distance of beach. Even when I told to seema (Hotel Executive or manager not sure) about this she was fine that If i want to change the hotel the only thing she mention that I will not get refund. I will give 0 to this hotel.

Pathetic Rooms- While entering hotel you will like the hotel but when u enter the rooms they are all pathetic furniture is half Brocken. Fridge doesn't work, AC's doesnt work efficiently if you complain to the service they will come n check n if ask it is done? They will reply " this is not a 5star hotel you have to manage" Also Mosquitoes, RED ANTS and Lizards are you companion. After continuous follow ups for ac repairing it didnt get repaired so lastly i tried to get discount at the time of check out so they didnt give discount instead they threatened me from some Local RICKY BHAI! There is girl name SEEMA who takes care of resort is also POOR lady when it comes for servicing the customer in short every people in the hotel are poor pathetic and hopeless peoples. Trust me they even cant have a intercom in the rooms! You have to go out of room to order the teA in the morning. Trust me dont go to this hotel they will commit on mail but they wont give u those facilities and they will collect money with jor jabardasti! Dont go to this hotel and dont spoil your well earned trip!

we stay at this place for a few mths Blue beach was great until last yr new manager took over the hotel side of it and started overnight stops for tour buses with lots of young students, they take over you cant use the pool when they are there because they go crazy running /diving/ shouting / in the pool late at night, have complained but to no avail the guy doesnt want to now,,
