Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is primely located, near a beach. Our suite was very cozy & comfortable. Even the food quality was decent. It is a recommendable property.

1> One towel for a double bedroom, additional one given only on demand. 2> Very limited VEG food. 3> Very slow room service. 4> AC not working properly. 5> Unclean balcony with black dust sticking to our feet, no foot mats, given only on demand. 6> Reception & the hotel staff are very helpful. 7> Chef very rude its like what he cooks the guest has to eat 8> The hotel Location is superb its just 500 mtrs from calangaute beach I would prefer this hotel to others & I would be visiting again in rainy season.

It was one of the best located hotel in Goa and the experience was quite pleasant. The service was really prompt and food was exotic. The room was well arranged and staff was friendly. I will always recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

This place was quite happening and location was absolutely wonderful. The room was nicely maintained and decor was fascinating. The service was satisfactory and food was exotic. The beach was nearby the hotel so it was a great fun. I will definitely plan my another trip to the same hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nites in Jan of this year. The rooms are decent size modestly decorated with very basic toiletries in the bathroom. Its a typical 3 star hotel where there aren't any frills even room slippers aren't available. But, the service staff is good and they have a fast service. the food is not great, specially Indian cuisine. morning breakfast is an ok spread with a mix of continental and Indian cuisine. its not a lavish spread definitely but a decent one with 2-3 Indian and 4-5 continental dishes. Apart from swimming pool there is nothing for kids. the hotel doesn't have a gym either. its a small property, rooms seem very close to each other and the pool. hence, 1st flr rooms seem better in terms of privacy. The location is very good, its in the middle of calangute market area and some very good restaurants like lazy days. Baga market and the famous burritos is walking distance too.

Myself and several friends went to Casa De Goa for the 5th time, we have been going to the same hotel every time we go to GOA. all our previous experiences from the staff to the food and customer service has been excellent but we all noticed one similarity this time and everything is going down hill. the food was awful, the service was so slow and we were staying in the villas where the service is supposed to be exceptional. But the customer service we received from the staff on the final day was shocking, awful and terrifying! Sheetal her name was who supposedly is the complaints manager when asked what her job role is later went onto to say i dont need to tell you what i do or what my job role is! But she is the guest relations manager who is supposed to liaise with guests and interact with them in a polite, calm, welcoming manner but she was rude, obnoxious, absolute despicable behavior towards customer have i ever seen in my life! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN EVER!

We had a pleasant stay here, despite two really whacko quirks, and some other odd niggles like Nescafe at breakfast and non-perforated toilet paper. We stayed six nights and the coffee the first few days was decent, then one morning disgusting old Nescafe instant started showing up. It was the standard out here decades ago and turned me into a tea drinker when I was in the sub-continent, but I dont think Ive been served it in anyplace reputable for a dozen years. First hotel ever with a resident in-room iPad to control everything. The lad who showed us to our room whipped through a plethora of instructions and screens, but couldnt make the wifi or the TV work until he had called in a tech. In the end they got it all working. The iPad is a nice concept, but as much a pain in the posterior as a benefit. Lying in bed, Id suddenly realize I needed to go get the iPad Id left in the other room to turn out my reading light. Im no techie, but Im not a Luddite either, and I was still learning how to use the thing until we left. The other quirk that was worse was the movement-sensor triggered bathroom light. If you walked within two meters of the bathroom door, the bathroom light came on, so any nocturnal visit to the loo meant the bathroom light would shine directly into the face of my wife sleeping on that side. Or, if you were in the bathroom and failed to move properly, the light went out. My wife is doing her make-up, and the room goes dark until she waves her arm. We never learned a way to override this constantly outrageous intrusion. Decent breakfast. Comfy bed. Good wifi. Decent location. Good HD TV -- in the living room same big screen in the bedroom, but none of the news channels we wanted were part of the package in the bedroom which took me some days pecking at that iPad and a lot of frustration to figure out. One night they offered a really pleasant two piece combo doing good covers of pop music alongside the pool. We had a nice dinner there and really enjoyed the music. Just why it wasn't promo-d in the lobby or in our room or on our iPad made no sense. We had been combing the web to find live music for the evening, and only happened upon this when we heard it in our own hotel as we headed for the street. Hard to understand, but if you are staying here and enjoy live music, ask about it... they ain't gonna tell you; at least they didn't tell us.

Didn't give full marks only because......When we arrived they had no booking for us. Late night Guy on front desk had no record of us and wasn't particularly helpful although eventually after some time let us stay in the fabulous villa we'd booked. Next day all was sorted thankfully but not what you need after traveling half way round the world. All that aside I can't fault this place. We more or less had the pool to ourselves in peek season! Staff are lovely as are the rooms. Our villa 103 I think was in prime position fully kitted with iPad to control everything in the room. My only gripe was the automatic very bright light that comes on in the bathroom when the door is opened. This means in the middle of the night you are literally blinded. Something I think they should look at. Everything else was faultless.... will definitely be booking this little heaven in crazy calangute...

all is well, we are 4 family visit 12 jan casa de goa resort we are very happy all service .food are so excellent all are staff members very cooperative like reception, restaurants and room service .room is very nat and clean.swiming pool is small but very clean and all think are resort is very net and clean so my request if you are staying in calaungat choose this resort. calaungat bech is just a waking distance.
