Good location for a budget hotel. 100 meters from the sea coast(no see view though). AC rooms..clean room and wash room, hot water, LCD TV. value for money. Only negative point is the room service. There is no telephone available to call for room service. We were not asked even once if we need water or something else. Otherwise everything else was perfect taking the rates into consideration.Would recommend if you do not want to stay at a sea view or five star hotel.

Demo Trip For privacy sake (clothes drying etc) rooms whose balcony faces the other side to parking is better.

Demo Trip Avoid a non-AC room on the ground floor overlooking the entrance

Demo Trip We booked two adjacent rooms and even though all of them are located on the ground floor, each room has a balcony (a small sit out area). I would suggest you opt for the lawn facing rooms because whenever we needed tea or newspapers, we just called out to Joe from the balcony itself.
