Room was smelling and room service was poor. Receptionist and chief service was excellent. Room is ideal place for traveling. Booked a taxi service (self drive) at 1800rs for innova per day. Need to improve in room service as my room had no cable connection and after complain the room service person gave reluctant answer by saying this is how room are. U have to adjust. After reporting to this to reception got the problem rectified immediately.

Hotel was located close to the beach nearly 10 min walk to the isolated end of the beach.Rooms were fine but washroom was just ok.

Room tariff is overpriced. 5K per day would have been good. In house restaurant is very costly.

The hotel was at a very good location in Goa - Candolim. The place is cool & calm compared to other crowded beaches & places in Goa. Beach was at a walking distance. Rooms were well maintained, clean & furnished. Swimming pool was clean & well maintained. The breakfast spread was decent, but could have been better. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger. I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again in Goa & suggest this to any traveler who wants to stay at a good location & hotel in Goa.

we stayed at the de alturas hotel for 28 days .the hotel is very clean ,staff friendly, Breakfast choice of indian/simple,english beans tomatoes eggs toast tea coffee/.cake . Two bottles of water in room every day, tea and coffee replaced daily (,FREE) safe in room,fridge and mini bar in room.,air conditioning good( FREE).small pool but very clean ,towels supplied for pool area,,QUIET at night as off the beaton track, dressing gowns and slippers suplied hair dryer,About ten to fifteen minuets to beach,All in all good value for your money,will definitely go again,

We had visited Goa during Diwali and after reading good reviews about this place, finalized it for our stay . We had booked superior room for 3 nights and I must say it is an awesome place to stay . Cleanliness, breakfast , room service everything was upto the mark . Absolutely recommended to stay here when in Goa!!

We have just returned from 21 nights in the de alturus resort, small friendly hotel within easy walking distance of beach, bars restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly, cleaning staff excellent. Small pool which can be noisy when sitting out. Breakfast for me was a disappointment, not much choice for English breakfast. Rooms well equipped and spacious. All in all a good hotel. Will stay there again.

Just got back from spending 2 weeks 22 January to 5th February here. Hotel was great, however the staff was amazing nothing was too much trouble, they could not do enough for you. Kapil was fantastic always smiling and having a friendly chat with us. We got engaged on our last night, when we got back to our room, we had a love heart on the bed, thank you so much kapil. We had great views from our room, facing the pool, room 505, 5 th floor. Breakfast was good, we also had a meal witch was delicious. No problems with cleaning sheets and towels changed every day. Pool was great too, pool attender ( always smiling, great bloke ) moved beds away from the wall and into the sun no problem just ask.Location was fantastic away from the road and noise. Road leading to hotel was well lit and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Yes we would go back

The rooms are spacious and clean with a good balcony. The pool is a small one, but very clean and looks welcoming. The breakfast spread was good, lot of variety. The hotel offers assistance in arranging for local bikes/cars on hire as well. The location is good, off the main road and silent, yet connected to the hustle bustle of candolim/sinquerim just a 5 min walk away. The beach is a 10 minute walk, and a lot of beach shacks nearby to explore. Overall, a good budget location to stay.
