Easily the worst place I have stayed in. When I checked in, the entire bedroom was full of sand and the trash can wasn't emptied and the soap left by the previous occupant wasn't removed. After complaining to the front desk we left the keys and went out for dinner. On our return, the above things were still not taken care of. The receptionist kept claiming that the room hasn't been used recently so it mustn't have any issues. We repeated the complaint the next day morning and they sent a cleaner to the room who kept saying that he was not the one who cleaned the room so it wasn't his fault. The so called included breakfast is nothing but toast that's gone cold and a watery coffee. You can get better breakfast within steps from the place so don't bother eating there. Overall the place was not very clean, there was dust everywhere, in fact the next room door seemed like it wasn't dusted for ages.

Positives: 1. Location, just 200 meters from beach. 2. Room area (Room + drawing +2 balconies) Negatives: 1. NO room Service 2. Horrible food compared to other restrauts 3. Cleanliness is so-so.

As it was a New Year its was an experience. Service was very poor, cleanliness was very bad. Food was not good. Swimming pool was big and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was decent. Over all its an average property.

It was not a resort it was more a department which are hired at a time of season. Furniture was old and dusty, AC was not working, fridge was dirty around 20 years back, bed sheets and towels were stinking. There was a big rat jumping in the room. Entire place was very dirty we didn't ate the food. It was a pathetic experience.

Its a good property. Its recommendable to every one. Everything was perfect. Overall good hotel.

Horrendous Horrendous

What can i say Rooms Filthy dirty, the rooms looked as tho they hadn't been cleaned for months Dead flies and spiders in the cobwebs that covered the place Inside the wardrobe was covered in cobwebs and housed a swarm of flies Dirty stained mattresses Unsafe electricity sockets and light fittings Disgusting toilet Pool Area Filthy dirty as the rooms and didn't see anyone clean around the pool area the whole time we were there Broken tiles around the pool Outside toilets area was covered in mould and didn't venture into them What Bar/Pool Bar? Restaurant Was more like a dumping area for old and broken furniture Breakfast was toast or Indian rice placed on a table covered in flies and ants hence we ate out every morning Reception staff were rude and unhelpful, no wifi even tho it say it has Resort Description Totally misleading. This accommodation is nothing like the description and pictures on there web page We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were as bad as each other. We arrived at 2 o'clock in the morning with no one on reception then some guy jumped up from behind the sofa pulling his pants up. Our friend who was in the first room was moved the next morning after we complained but it wasn't much better . My husband and i were shown 2 more rooms but were worse than what we were in and were told the next room to come available would be ours to look at. 6 days later and after a trip to the pharmacy for treatment to flea/bedbug bites and not mosquito bites as the pharmacist told us I went back and insisted they moved us. Dreading staying there we decided to book overnight trips away. Our room hadn't been "cleaned" or had the towels or sheets changed in 4 days so when we went on a 2 day trip the key was handed in, we ask for them to be changed and the room to be cleaned came back 2 days later and they still hadn't been in done it. We have been traveling to Goa and stayed in Candolim for the past 12 years. We have always expected the accommodation to be basic but clean and have never been disappointed until this trip. They say you pay for what you get but we have paid no less for this accommodation than we have in previous years

worst place we have ever stayed in worst place we have ever stayed in

We arrived after a long journey from the UK and presented our hotel voucher to the lady on reception. Straight away she said that they don't deal with Magic Rooms with whom we held our booking. Having checked our holiday confirmation she said that no booking was held, as you can imagine we felt very upset. I decided that I would pay there and then as to phone the UK was too costly. She then decided to go to the office where after half an hour she found our booking. There was no apology and the room she gave us was terrible-nothing like the pictures. During the holiday I asked her about the wi-fi she answered that she did not know whether it was working or not I found the female staff on reception most unhelpful and somewhat rude. The people in Candolim are lovely but these two were the exception My advice to anyone, STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL there are far better hotels to choose from.

There were street dogs in the campus. The room's interior was pathetic. No cleanliness, wall & ceiling paint were peeling off. Mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was dirty. Taps were not working properly. No arrangement was made by the management even after complaining. Hence we searched out for another hotel and checked-out the very next day. Now no refund has been made yet and I am filing a complaint in consumer court to teach them a lesson so that they won't made fool out of any other family again.

We have booked a room in this hotel this month only. They permitted us early check in. Room was very dirty. Basically its a serviced apartment with 2 rooms separate toilet and bathroom and kitchen which was locked. Had AC,geyser and TV. No wifi, no restaurant, no housekeeping, no travel assistance. They provide breakfast from 08 TO 10 AM only. They wont provide complimentary mineral water bottle rather they provide filter water. Location was great as it is located in front of Candolim beach and location around was fantastic. They also allowed late check out for 1 hour. Also there was network related problem which we faced. Taxis were exorbitantly costly. Dont take bikes from Pratap as this person has got worst conditioned bikes which he forces tourist to take on cheap rates and if something goes wrong he recover cost from tourist.
