Easily the worst place I have stayed in. When I checked in, the entire bedroom was full of sand and the trash can wasn't emptied and the soap left by the previous occupant wasn't removed. After complaining to the front desk we left the keys and went out for dinner. On our return, the above things were still not taken care of. The receptionist kept claiming that the room hasn't been used recently so it mustn't have any issues. We repeated the complaint the next day morning and they sent a cleaner to the room who kept saying that he was not the one who cleaned the room so it wasn't his fault. The so called included breakfast is nothing but toast that's gone cold and a watery coffee. You can get better breakfast within steps from the place so don't bother eating there. Overall the place was not very clean, there was dust everywhere, in fact the next room door seemed like it wasn't dusted for ages.

As it was a New Year its was an experience. Service was very poor, cleanliness was very bad. Food was not good. Swimming pool was big and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was decent. Over all its an average property.

It was not a resort it was more a department which are hired at a time of season. Furniture was old and dusty, AC was not working, fridge was dirty around 20 years back, bed sheets and towels were stinking. There was a big rat jumping in the room. Entire place was very dirty we didn't ate the food. It was a pathetic experience.

One of the best place to stay in south goa . Superb villa rooms . Pool , private beach , & beautiful landscape gardens . Very good tasty breakfast , meals , room services & staff . 10/10 Once again would like to stay in peak season

We arrived at 4.30 am on March 4th to find reception in darkness. It took almost an hour to waken the bodies that were sleeping . The first person grumpily asked "WHAT DO YOU WANT." When we explained that we had a booking, more bodies suddenly appeared from behind the furniture, in various states of undress. We were then rushed to a hovel past what can only be explained a half derelict site . The room looked like it had not been cleaned for some time. The bed linen was manky, pillows crawling with beasties and nails sticking out from the bed frame. The wardrobe had 2 used butter cartons in it?. There was packs of aggressive dogs roaming freely in the compound Nothing about this place is as advertised anywhere that I have seen Hasmat suite required to open toilet door.We left the same morning.

arrived at 5am on 1/3/17....left at 5.20am 1/3/17....this complex is not fit for human habitaion...the grounds/pool area are serverly run down and a health hazard...the rooms are filthy...crawling with insects ...unmade dirty beds...an absolute disgrace ...this complex should not be advertised....have reported to our travel agent and waiting for a response....will keep this updated

I reached the hotel around 9am to check in. But the the receptionist ( aged male person) sticked to 12 noon check in. It does not matter if rooms are available or not, he insisted on strict 12 noon check in. Even though we were tired from long train journey, we asked to sit for 3 hours in the reception. Breakfast is very poor. I dont know why there is separate menu for Indian and Overseas guest. Rooms are very old.No room service, TV not working no mini fridge.

Im Sunil and had booked from 23-26th feb @ 2500/person/night .. reached late , a glass of water wasnt there in the reception nor in the room .. Its like a slum or even worse . Room stinks . cos the toilet is so so badly kept .. just cant go close to it .. managed to lie down till morning , took luggage and jumped out to find another place .. refund etc isnt even talkable as thats their style of operation ,.. keep away .. never never get into such a mess !!!
