DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Goa

We stayed for 3nights, and consisted minimal amenities. Had to ask for dental kit, towels, slippers, laundry bag and multiple other things. Room was not cleaned properly, found cigarette buds on the side of the sofa cushion. Rooms service food is horrible overly spices. Had also complained about it but no positive response. Breakfast was same for all mornings with most buffet food turned out to be lightly warm.

With a Hilton badge, this property struggles to reopen and keep the services working. Blame it on COVID, but this property forgot about what the guests want or how to take care of them after remaining shut for 6 months. And every lack of attention can now be blamed on COVID measures. What a joke of a service! Not coming back and happy to phase off Hilton Honors loyalty!

this is double topi hilton i guess no where close to hilton standards at the most you can say 3 start hotel but rates charged are 5 star the pictures are deceiving. rooms are basic and they didnot give us room with balcony as it was mentioned in booking voucher. there was no fridge and safe as well but when i asked for it they got it fitted. you can find similar hotel near by for half rates. dont get fooled by title hilton. breakfast was good and basic far from beach

Not anywhere close to Hilton.......if this is Hilton property then m very shocked......sad rooms price shows 7-8k and charged us 11500/-....... staff very cooperative and food is good.......but m not happy at all........m still here and hv to write this..........the entry and rooms r terrible.........will not ever go by the name Hilton anymore.......No stars at all

This hotel has a good location which is away from the hustle and bustle but also pretty close to all the sights and sounds including the beach. Given current guidelines due to COVID the spa and pool was closed but the there's a pretty large pool and deck including a pool side bar (Which was also closed). Some open and functioning amenities include a gym ; library ; lawns and children's play area . In room dining / food is good in quality and taste (rates are expectedly higher). The breakfast was also good. Some things the hotel has to work on are 1. Having better quality Wifi - 20% range in rooms isn't expected from a property of this stature. 2. Better maintenance of rooms - regular upkeep of rooms is important including the furnishings and appliances (non working tv for instance). 3. Being more responsive to answer a guests calls at the reception. Lastly when you have a 12 - 3 pm check in and check out policy the hotel should keep the guests room ready by 3 pm at least. However this wasnt the case and we waited around 20-30 mins for our room. So overall a good place to stay with family or friends. Higher floor rooms have views of the baga creek so when booking maybe request that.
