The reason we booked Dwarka was purely based on research and reviews and so our expectation was very high. Many of the previous reviews outline the location, beach and general ambiance of Dwarka which i agree is breathtaking. We had booked for 5 nights as a couple at the start of our visit to Goa after which we were moving on to Agonda. We are not a couple who require exclusivity, however, the individual personal service and professionalism displayed by all who work at Dwarka can only make you feel that you have found something special. All 10 of the cottages have a large private balcony emerging from a spacious room shrouded in sliding glass doors. The room is tastefully appointed and lighting is subtle. The "wet room" has a 3.5 meter pane of one way glass, so you can shower whilst looking over the ocean/ lagoon! The king sized bed has a comfortable mattress topper and plenty of pillows/cushions.There are carved wooden bedside tables and wardrobe. I saw the food being delivered fresh every day. There is a state of the art kitchen (no microwave) and a tandoori oven for when they serve dinner on the beach.. Whilst i know that food tastes are very subjective all i can say is that i was served a variation of vegetarian, fish, crab and chicken dishes that were absolutely delicious,Prior to arriving i had slight concerns about the "inclusive meals" based on the reasonable price per night to stay at Dwarka , but the quality of the food matched the quality of the accommodation "Exceptional".We cut our stay in Agonda by 2 days so that we could return and end our Goan holiday in Dwarka. Thank you to you all including Sudesh the miracle masseur! We look forward to returning.Congratulations to the owners Arlene and Clemente for creating a stay that we will remember until we come back!!!
