ROOM DISCRIPENCY - I had very bad experience with the travel guru. I booked A/C room for 3 members and extra money for the fourth member and same thing is confirmed with the travel guru by calling to customer care before booking the room. But in Goa Gabriel Guest House provided non a/c room and charged same amount. At that time I called to Travel guru Bangalore office,no one answered my call. So, we accepted non a/c room and stayed in a/c room for 2 days because we were helpless there.

Hotel was clean and tidy with good service given to customers. Food items were not satisfactory as hotel doesnt provide food items. Overall the staff were cooperative and surrounding were excellent.

This hotel has only one servant, servicing is very bad. Please don't go to this hotel. More over they are charging too much.

"Worst Place to Stay!!!" Guys Please Do not get into Trap by booking this Gabriel Guest House.

We stayed here on 21st and 22nd of Dec 2016. I had the worst experience of my life..Never seen this type of Guest house Staff behavior.. They are very Rude.. In Rooms, Water was not coming.. When complained about it.. nobody attended it.. In the evening, when the power gone in that locality, they started the power back but this power was not coming to our room as well as in few other rooms... when complained again at the reception, the owner spoke very rudely that he do not know why the power is not coming to my allotted room and it is "Your Bad Luck". When I asked for justification for these mis-happenings, the owner of the guest house also used abusive language... Immediately I informed the cleartrip customer care about this, they talked to the Guest house owner but nothing happened after that...Guys, why I am writing all this here so that I do not want you guys to experience the same becoz we come here in Goa for enjoyment and relaxing but if we had all these tensions why to stay at such place even if it is slighly cheaper than the other places...I am hoping this feedback will help you guys while booking the place in Goa...

One of the calm and good place to visit with good staff and it is very much near to the beach and near to the calangute beach.We stayed for three nights and my experience for this guest house is very much good

Its quite and nice but the check out time was a bit strict and its like 9:00 am and which is not good in a holiday and it was very raining at the time of stay so it was bit difficult to trip around but room is clean and ok but too many rules. and towel not provided on my 3rd day of used mine on that rain time...

We were a group of 5 couples and stayed here during our previous visit to Goa. I must say that if you are looking for a budget accommodation, look no further. They have very nice clean basic a/c rooms, courteous staff and a quiet location which is at a walking distance from the beach which is good for a morning breakfast at the calm side of Calangute beach. Ivy and Hillary do a great job with this place. Planing to stay here for this year's trip too.

We stayed 4 nights...The Male Owner doesn't know Business Communication skills... He was very rigid to communicate... He charged 500 extra per night for child yet He was having Print out of 300 extra on his Desk...Very Rigid Helper to communicate for room cleaning ...No laundry Service... No Variety of Snacks... Very Rigid absolute Rigid... A must Avoid...
