Rakesh from Goa, India recommends this hotel Posted:  Room Quality: 2/5 Service Quality: 2/5 Dining Quality: 2/5 Cleanliness: 2/5

I am saying bad because i dont know. I booked the hotel by travel guru and after 2 weeks i got a call from Goan Cafe that this booking has been canceled as they doesn't have rooms. I am sure they booked it on higher price because when i booked it from travel guru agent, they confirmed it from the hotel. So my point is if Travel Guru is sure about there hotel info. Please dont post it then or if someone make a booking dont get it canceled because i had to do it from zero all over again with higher prices.

Awesome!!! This is a must stay place for ..... Awesome!!! This is a must stay place for .....

by IamPiyush on January 19, 2017

A must stay place for those people who are travelling to Goa seeking some quiet & relaxed time staying very close to the nature. Not for the first time Goa visitors who want to experience the famous nightlife (which you should) in the likes of Calangute & Baga Beach. This resort is located midway between Morjim and Ashvem beach. Easily locatable on Google maps. As there was a 10 minutes delay in our check in, hotel owner offered us soft drinks and also gave a complimentary water bottle during checkout for our journey towards airport. Did not expect this gesture and the hospitality from entire staff was overwhelming. None of the request was turned down be it asking for extra mattresses, setting up a candle light table on beach (no extra charges) or any specific request for food that we ordered. Smiles all around. I was never more happier with the service on any other resort or shack during my earlier 4 visits to Goa. Food is awesome. We thought we would try our other restaurants nearby but eventually we didn't. Breakfast is complimentary with limited menu but still good enough to start your day. Menu is not too hard on pocket either. Hotel staff can arrange cabs, scooties etc. The only bad thing about the stay was the maintenance of the Tree house (more of wooden cottage). Though it was an amazing experience staying in that cottage with sea visible from balcony, the maintenance could have been much better. Almira was in bad shape (almost unusable), there were spider webs all around the bathroom and to add, there were 2 rats (the big ones) running all around throughout the night which was sometimes scary. Overall, the resort (which is huge) was properly cleaned and managed. In spite of having above issues, I cannot stop myself giving this resort a 5 star. They also have other accommodations like apartments, wooden cottages etc which looked good too from outside. Definitely going to stay here again during my next visit.

Very good Very good

Location excellent. Staff very friendly. Clean rooms. Wooden cottage is better than tree house. Breakfast average and very less choice. Property on the beach. Negative comments no AC in the room. Worth staying

Goan Cafe N Resort - A great escape to the solitude and pleasant environment. Goan Cafe N Resort - A great escape to the solitude and pleasant environment.

The location is ideal to escape the city life. There are lots of trees and very next to it is the beach. The beach is very clean, although the water is murky. This part of Goa is filled with Russians. The menu, hoardings and all the posters are in Russian with English at the bottom. The staff at the resort are so very good, polite, humble and I can say the best staff I have come across in Goa. I recommend this place for a good stay. However, the food they serve is not at all spicy and its set to Russian standards, but the food looks beautiful.

NO SHOES NO NEWS YES PARADISE NO SHOES NO NEWS YES PARADISE

If your coming to north goa to party and rave don't come here. But if you come to relax, watch the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and come to make peace with yourselves, this place is an unnoticed piece of paradise. Allow for being woken up by the crows rising at 5am then fall back to sleep until the dogs wake you at 6am then fall back to sleep until you get woken by hunger pains for breakfast,or you could just get up at 6am and walk to the end of turtle beach and watch the sun rise just after 7am.isn't life tough. The Goan Cafe Morjim is as near to heaven as you will get whilst still alive, fantastic place, run by a fantastic family called the lobos, with fantastic crazy staff lead by VJ,Mitun, satchin,John, and Joe.They have a great cook and the best tandori in morjim. Rent a tree house or an apartment the choice is yours,But what you mustn't do is miss this secret jewel in the crown of goa before tourism swallows it up.

Good Experience Good Experience

Demo Trip Ask for cottages which has beautiful view of ocean

by IamPiyush on January 18, 2017

Demo Trip Beach side cottages get too hot. The concrete rooms are too old styled - not worth it. The wooden cottages are the best.

by vinvmax on January 11, 2016

Demo Trip Go for the AC wooden Cottages. They are newly made and have a decent hygiene level. Do NOT take the Normal huts overlooking the beach - They are shabby.

by Jscykes on February 23, 2015

Demo Trip There is no alcohol available in the hotel.
