The Hotel on the whole was good. in a prime location. The service of the hotel staff was very bad and slow. They did not provide us with a two wheeler which is provided by all the hotels when you book rooms with them. Kindly make sure that they give complimentary two wheelers to all the guests who check in with Regards Ian

I must say, we have selected best hotel for our group. The tour was in April 2016. And we had a group of 75 people. Godwin Management was very polite. Pick up & Drop to Airport was interesting. When we were coming to hotel from airport, our few folks were waiting for taxi which was arranged by Godwin Hotel (included in our package). Due to some problem in taxi, the driver called us that he will be reaching in next 5 mins. But he didn't reach. So our folks decided to reach hotel via self expense. They booked it and reached at hotel. This situation, I have shared it to Hotel management. And I was amazed, that hotel management paid the cab without asking anything with us. Breakfast, lunch & dinner was quite good. Hotel & room service is again upto the mark. Over all hotel was good. And staff were very polite.

I stayed in this hotel with a group.. Personally felt that it worth it...rooms are perfect and property is located centrally...breakfast was Gud and there was not repeat menu during our 3 night stay..staff were so friendly and Co operative and will suggest this hotel to my friends

Awesome food,Familier staff,in room dining,.. Nice spacious neat&clean room&Bathroom.. Presidential suite is one of the best room in Godwin.. When ever i visit goa i m gonna stay in Godwin hotel......

I operated a group of 25 pax in this hotel from 17th Jan to 29th Jan. Special thanks to Niyati, who confirmed this group & helped me a lot. If you have any type pf problem, she is the person you should contact with. Rooms are good, food is also good ald location is excellent. Thanks to Ashish (F&B Manager) also. Thanks

I stayed at this hotel with family and was very disappointed with service from every member of staff here, the hot water amongst several other things didn't work and the staff didn't acknowledge any of it despite us mentioning it to them on more than a few occasions. Breakfast was nothing special and the rooms aren't great! Don't waste your time even looking at this place!
