Booked at the last minute i.e. on 15th May night. Travel Guru made the decision easy by giving additional discounts thatb what I would have paid directly to the hotel. Everything about the hotel is nice. They do not have dedicated parking space but cars can be parked infront of the hotel & the security takes care of the vehicle in the most appropriate way. Complimentary breakfast is very good for stay up to 3 to 4 nights i.e. they have different menus each day alongwith some same menu items. Taste is very good & the staff is couteous. Rooms are in excellent condition including the bathrooms. Hotel is not immediately facing the sea but around half kilometre i.e. walking distance from Candolim beach. Calangute beach is also very near i.e. the hotel is at a convenient location. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Given the worst rooms given the facts that booking was done months back. The behavior of Front Desk manager ( Some Ali) is rude. In front of the window there is public sitting place at the roof top of Conference room. so no privacy. Worst experience with Goa property of Golden tulip.

This hotel is by no means a 4 star property. 3 star would be the proper rating. The lobby gives the look of a budget hotel. On Christmas Day the Gala Dinner was just average & heavily priced.

Its a pretty average hotel, not luxury at all. Though its neat and clean, its quite overpriced usually may be due to its location, which is not very far from beach (1 Km) and is in hustling bustling North Goa. Food is good, breakfast spread is really nice. the staff needs to be trained on courtesy bit. For instance breakfast is winded up so hurriedly. they dont even approach guests who are eating that whether they need anything. If they do ask, thats very rudely/roughly asked. Noted couple of such instances, if they train their staff on courtesy it can be a better stay,

First visit to Goa! Traveled from UK, stayed with my family of 4, with a kid for 2 nights in October 2nd week! It was a different experience, hawing stayed in few hotels in India. As the most attracted destination of India, the expectation was huge and no wonder it went falling short! First things first, the check-in duration was not bad given that I didn't book the room in advance! It was more a resort than a Hotel, but not sure its a 4 star! It was just a bit more than an Apartment kind of environment, the Deluxe room was spacious, and that was a big surprise! We preferred to stay in the in 4th floor and the best floor height! But the design of the Hotel is not great, the floor design could have been designed better! Was going around in circles to find the gym and staffs didnt help us find and gym was in a small small room. The best of the lot was food, enjoyed thoroughly, King fish and Goan fish were simply tasty. Swimming pool and its service was fantastic! A nice little outdoor play area for kids right adjacent to the swimming pool and a good view of both from the restaurant was good! Some of the staff were friendly! The worst of the lot is the check-out duration! My word, it took ages, even after informing them the previous night well in-advance, pre-paid the entire mount, it was aweful, waited for ages! It has a bad reputation of check-out duration I heard from local people! The information provided as 800 metres only to sea, well, it was hard to find that 800 metres road anyways and dont go by walk at night to find that 800 metre path! Not closer to sea at all, you may be tempted to move into a much closer hotel to the sea! So, pay only for 1st night and try check-in at noon time to keep your options open! When I re-visit Goa will I want to stay here again??? Well, I will think thrice, unless I am looking for a cheaper stay!

Stayed with family and friends. The hotel is located about 1km away from the beach. The property is excellent, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Rooms are large enough for 2 adults and 2 children with all modern amenities. The food in restaurant is excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast spread was very good with a lot of variety. The hotel is expensive though and we had a great deal through a website so it was more than worth the stay. Thoroughly recommended.

The room was spacious to my surprise. Infact i loved it. Room service is slow. Also the breakfast spread is not great. The location if the hotel is good. Very near to candolim main market. Swimming pool was clean. In all a good stay!!!

I went to Golden Tulip with my wife and infant daughter from 8th to 12th November. It was a great from the time we entered hotel to the time we left. As they came to know we were on our anniversary holiday, they gave us free upgrade on room. On the day of our anniversary a complimentary cake. Rooms were big and clean. Pool was cleaned every day. Good play area for kids though it needs some repair and some new stuff. Best part of the stay was food. Location was good centre of baga n Panjim. Staff was very helpful spl with our needs wrt infant. Suggestion : Next time u c some1 checking in with infant do inform them u have baby sleeping cots available. This I came to know the last day from another guest.
