I visited the hotel on 24-26 December along with my wife. I think the location of Hotel is USP, prominent location, thought may find it bit difficult to locate at first place :) . Staff and reception are very courteous and helpful. Restaurant area nearby pool is beautiful. There are two building of the Hotel. One is with lift and another without. Rooms in Building without lift are specious where we stay but i would recommend to stay at first or second floor. Room do have balcony where we can enjoy drink and food. I would recommend Pool facing room. I found breakfast good variety, enjoyed different egg preparations. There was live music on Monday which I missed. AC was broken but got fixed immediately after I contact reception. TV is old CRT.

We stayed last Xmas and were really happy. Unfortunately this year we found our stay not as good. The cleaning was not up to standard with us having to have towels , supposedly clean, having to be changed for clean ones. We had our clothes washed and ironed, which last year was fine, being returned not ironed properly and some not cleaned to a decent standard. The reception staff were very good and always helpful as were the breakfast staff. The position of the hotel is ideal as it is near everything in Calangute without being on the main road.

Just got back from goa aftrr spending 2 week their for xmas an new year staying at the horizon waiters at this hotel ate fantastic all staff were brilliant hotel clean food fantastic only down side to.this was the beds rock hard very un comfortable rooms cleaned daily would i go back yes

An excellent place to chill in the most happening location of Goa, yet tucked away from the hassle bustle. The open place by the pool is fabulous and Ms Lavinas performance made it celestial. I relived my youth with Hello/Brown girl in the ring/by the rivers of Babylon. God bless this young lady. A small suggestion the breakfast spread could have a little wider though it was perfect for my teenage daughter and wife. I am waiting for a chance to go back.

As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the hotel... Breakfast was healthy and wholesome, Dinner was delicious and as per our choice...Great service by the friendly staff especially Ajay, live music concert, christmas gala event, african acrobats etc as a part of the entertainment made our experience an enchanting one...Most importantly we felt very secured staying there...overall we are very much satisfied with the hotel service and would definitely recommend it to our friends..Thanks
