There were no lights and also took cold bath because of no lights not even a generator. i thought it was a good hotel but .....

I want to enquire about rooms,the owners son told me i could get the room for 15k a month,but when I actually went to book the room they quoted triple the price,on the day I went for lunch,the lady owner came to me to sell lottery tkts I bought 8 which were worth 800 rs,after I went their the next time they were unfriendly and only wanted to charge me a high rate.Not a genuine place.And the food is not good.There is construction right in front of the hotel and very noisy from Morning to night Will never go there again.

We chose this hotel mostly because of the reviews , and that was 100% right choice ; family who's running the hotel will make your vacations perfect , they solve all of the complains ; Joslyn you are the best ) Aaron , Mr Mrs Fonseca , thanks fo everything ) About the hotel No garbage , rooms and territory are super clean ; Rooms are great , simple but great ; nothing special Restaurant is fine , prices are average No problems with the water There are few super friendly dogs on the territory , especially PINKY!!!!) Well , I recommend this hotel 1000%

We travelled as a group of Friends. Had been here last year and was mighty impressed with the hosting. However, this time things flipped. The overall energy wasn't positive. Food and service below par. The rest rooms not that great. Do not think will visit here again.

Very comfortable hotel, friendly staff. from this hotel you can walk to the town of Mapusa, see the Mapusa Market. The beach is about 20 minutes to travel by bus. You can take a bike to rent at the hotel. Big thanks to Aaron, he showed us amazing places in Goa. Be sure to come back again!

The hotel itself is a combination of the old world and new world. The design of the property is excellent. The courtyard has the insignia of the hotel embedded in the property. There are a variety of fruit trees - fig tree, mango tree, passion fruit (?) tree and a variety of plants. There was a beautiful ground plant close to the base of one of the trees with 3-4 leaves and pretty purple flowers. I had wanted to take a picture but the next morning they were gone -- I suspect the work of a gaggle of med students that descended for a couple of days. The owner said that he had a green thumb and it is visible in the environs. The room itself (2 rooms) was clean and spacious (one room had the bed, the other a double room with a refrigerator and a couple of chairs). Goa gets a ton of rain and so there appeared to be evidence of a little water damage on one wall. I happened to go in September during the monsoon. The TV has cable so you can keep up with the news, etc. The dining room is open (with roof) -- surrounded by greenery. The food is okay. The tea is great. If you do get a chance to eat at one of the local restaurants, the fish thali is marvelous (fish portion sizes are small). In general, there is little protein in the diet regardless of where you go. The owners are extremely involved in the day to day operations and look to actively meet your needs. The owner is also very well connected in Goa and if you have particular needs, he can probably help you find what you need. I was concerned about getting to the hotel and they have a reliable driver (his own business) who picked me up. In fact, I had business to conduct while I was there and Ravi was extremely helpful. Though he recommended places and waited for me while I got my business done. He wasn't a wallflower but actively assisted me in getting stuff done as I had to close up a house. This was a wonderful experience and I felt really taken care of while I was there. At every turn, when I needed assistance it was there. Also, the owners are always thinking about their guests and have connections with tour operators etc., to ensure that you get where you want.
