Its not a hi-fi hotel or a great hotel to stay, its in the heart of town and accessible from all places. there were shops around where you have option of purchase, eat out etc.. the Room is kept spic and span. QOS is good. Great place to stay in Goa. you get what you pay for. its worth it.

Communication was difficult with the staff. Would not recommend to others and would not go back to that hotel. Was not impressed.

The infrastructure was good. however, one looks for hospitality as well. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast were complementary. It's a decent one.

Local friends had recommended this hotel for the Vegetarian Thali and we can honestly say for Quality, Price & Great Value it was exceptionally tasty and enjoyable. We had a fab selection of small dishes with sweet & savoury offerings including Dhal Curry, Brinjal Veg Mix, Paneer Curry, Salad, Basmati Rice and copious amounts of breads, poppadums & chutneys, The cost for the two thalis including drinks was 895.00 Rupees (10.00 Euros) Well worth a visit if in Panjim

I booked one night here and if I had needed to stay longer I probably would have changed my booking . I specifically requested a quiet room , perhaps they don't have them , but you could hear everything from the corridor, doors opening and closing , the staff corridor, talking and even footsteps. General service from staff not great and food average Location is good however but given there are lots of other choices in Panjim I would recommend booking elsewhere.

Clean and spacious rooms. Enough choice for food. Unfortunately the traveldesk Mr Prasad is a fraud. Dont book there any trips. We booked a South Goa tour by bus for 350 per person. He arranged a car with driver for us. Next morning when we wanted to pay the amount he was asking for 2500 rupees. When I rejected to pay he was blackmailing us. Even the duty manager Manish talked to us and said to pay the amount because these taxi people are maffia's. This matter really spoiled our experience with the hotel and traveldesk.

After seeing the pictures of new and beautiful rooms published on a booking site, and on the site of the hotel, I decided to reserve a privileged room to get the maximum of comfort (they also have a cheaper premium room). The room that I have been assigned (it was November 2015- room no. 425) was large, but very old and in bad conditions ( the washbasin was missing a piece, some taps leaking, small cockroaches in bathroom, bad smelling ....), completely different from what the hotel promises in its site, and with a terrible ratio price/quality. At the reception they simply said me that, based on the hotel policy, this room was considered privileged because of the size, not for its conditions .. Later I have asked an explanation by email about the difference between the pictures and the real room, and how it is possible to know in advance wihich kind of room will be really assigned. I wrote three times to Fidalgo in Goa, with cc to the central Fidalgo Group, but never got an asnwer. Besides the fact that the room was so poor and completely different from what was propose in their site, I find absolutely unacceptable that they do not care to answer to an explanation politely and privately requested by a customer. Maybe an answer will come on tripadvisor...... In my subsequent trips to Panjim, of course, I did never come back in this hotel .....

We visited their spice and chilli restaurant for food, visit the place only nd only if u r interested in food coz if u r looking for good service then u r in for a rude shock, the man who took our order announced that they serve only continental nd Chinese without even saying a word of welcome, as if it was a crime that an Indian family has entered, almost threw the plates on our table, served cold food and behaved as if he is doing some sort of favour by serving us, plz don't go if u really care for your self respect
