Very poor and third class quality resort to stay.there are no exhaust fans in toilets,no cleanliness.dont think to visit this resort.staff is not good.you have to call reception atleast thrice for anything
Dont take no notice of the pictures on any of the booking sites as are completely out of date. Advertising kettles in room which there are none. I had blood stained bedding they want change your room unless you go to reception and ask them and leave your key with them as they reckon each room only has one set of keys. I had no running water so couldnt shower or flush toilet waited hours for them. My TV never worked the whole time I was there got fed up of asking in the end, bring your own towels as the ones they supply are not very clean, there is no sitting area around the pool and there is no bar to have a drink what they dont tell you either is yes there is free breakfast which is rubbish but you have to go to the hotel next door for that Not once in the whole 3 weeks of our stay have they cleaned the stairways The whol place needs knocking down and re building Service is appalling here
I can't comment on this hotel .I writing about oyo 9285 home cosy studios candolim.we booked this place through booking.com and received confirmation of our stay .we flew with Thomas cook on arrival in Goa we received a text from oyo asking to confirm our booking which we did.on arrival at the studios eventually a young man came and we asked for our room he told us that we had not confirmed and that only Indian people stay there.we phoned a number he gave us and spoke a man who told us we had not confirmed he said he could find us a room in calangute.which we declined he then offers us room candolim for two night's for 6700. Rupees and we had to pay in the next two hours .we told him what he could do with no room.luckily we have had on taxi driver for long time and had stayed with us we drove around Candolm for over an hour looking for a bed for what was left of the night eventually we found a room at th e magnum hotel .we stayed for two night's and then found a nice place to stay just off beach road.we would like to warn anyone about booking a oyo room through booking.com or anyone else.
Stay away from any OYO! very bad experience, i dont suggest this RESORT and any OYO to anyone (especially foreigners, stay away!!!) -2mbps default internet connection with vouchers -internet does not work in the room at all, nor does it work near the so called pool. same experience reported by other customers we talked -no cleaning of the room/taking the garbage out although a three nights stay -hot water works sometimes -very dirty pool -very loud local customers (they should place signs to all over the place that people should try to be quite during sleeping times and during breakfast. in the breakfast people are shouting between tables) -very weak breakfast -summary of the booking (with proofs): 1) after booking confirmation is receieved, OYO sent a request email to make a prepayment of the full amount via credit card. the link in their email does not work, so i visited the property and deposited 10000 INR and get a verbal confirmation from receptionist that there will not be any issue with the booking. 2) on the check in day, morning time, i received a message from OYO that the booking is cancelled and i have to pay 9800 INR as cancellation cost. they claimed that they tried to reach me via sms and calls. they never did though. 3) calling the booking com support, they told me i have to clarify this with OYO because according to bookingcom, the reservation is there. 4) called oyo, told them i paid the amount, the person under case ID said he cannot do anything, i have to pay, it will be taken from the CC. case id 12017*** 5) came to the property, receptionist told me she will talk to oyo and make sure CC will not be charged. according to her statement, she talked to them and clarified... 6) called booking com CS to request immediate deletion of my CC information such that incompetent OYO people can not claim any amount. 7) today (at the time of writing) 31, dec. 2018 got an email from booking com asking if i am staying there? so stay away from this marketing company called oyo
I have traveled to Goa on my anniversary and I have booked 2 rooms for my friends and myself. The service was pathetic here. I had to call multiple times to get a coffee cup from room service. I had an unexpected guest so I asked to arrange an extra bed in same room so hotel owners agreed for the same but refuse to take the payment from card and took cash also didn't provide any bill for the same. They asked us to enter hotel property before 2 AM because others get disturb though I didn't honk silently asked guard to open the door. While having breakfast they have fix time to 8AM to 10AM and if you are late by 5 mins they will not serve you breakfast, having said that I have stayed in alot of hotels and they server breakfast if you are late. They served spoiled food and when I tried to complain they said its complimentary, if you want to eat then eat otherwise leave it. Also the mention buffet breakfast but if you ask for omelette or toasted beard they will give you in limited quantity. The behaviour of staff and owner is rude and they will behave like you are on hostel not in hotel (Lodge). The only plus point is it's near to Candolim beach, if you want to stay in Candolim. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO STAY AND RUIN YOUR HOLIDAYS
