Room was pretty small but nice. The food was good. Staffs were very courteous in their work. Location was also nice near the hotel.

Our two nights stay in Goan Heritage was fantastic, fully furnished lovely rooms with much space, amenities & ambiance was great and food in the restaurant was fine. Over all worth staying.

Poor management and unsafe hotel Poor management and unsafe hotel

Just returned from a 3 week stay at this hotel (room 401) and feel I have to leave a warning for anyone considering staying here. My wife requested a hairdryer from reception as they are not provided in the room. She was given a hairdryer which had yellow insulating tape wound around the base of the handle. After using the dryer for about 4/5 mins it became very hot and started to smoke. I returned the hairdryer to reception advising them that it should be removed from service as it was a serious health risk. (I am an electronics engineer) Some 3 days later my wife contacted reception and enquired if another hairdryer was available. The hairdryer was delivered to our room. I was alarmed to see the same yellow insulation tape at the base of the handle. I would not let my wife use the hairdryer and plugged it in to test. Immediately it glowed red hot internally and started to smoke. Thank god my wife didnt use it. I immediately returned it to reception and demanded to see the duty manager. To my amazement I was informed that NO manager was on site for another 4 hours. I made it quite clear that I deemed this as a very serious incident that could have resulted in the electrocution and possible fatal consequences for my wife. The receptionist called someone from housekeeping (not a manager) and after explaining the seriousness of the situation both employees started to smirk and smile. This was not a language issue. I have now returned from holiday having spent a further 14 days at this hotel. In that time NO person from management presented themselves at our room or tried to make contact with me. So be warned this hotel does NOT put the safety of their paying guest as a priority.

Stayed in Goan heritage from 27th Jan 17 for 3 nights. Location- perfect Rooms- very good Staff- supportive and very professional Cleanliness- 100% Other facilities- pool, gym, tt table, sea facing sitting area, swings for children etc If you are traveling with family then this is one of the best hotels. Thank you Goan heritage support staff for making my family vacations memorable.

We visited Goa in January 2017 and this was actually the second time we stayed in this Hotel. I must say I have every reason to visit this hotel again. Great Location, right on the beach with sea view rooms made our holiday a perfect one. the rooms are very clean and spacious with good staff round the clock. The food they serve is nice too. Buffet breakfast spread was good, I wont say excellent but you get nice varieties and it certainly will please your taste buds. Select pool facing sea view rooms on the first floor.

Worst hospitality ,Rude staff ,they are goons .Manager thinks he is owner of Goa and canthrow us out of hotel whenever he wants.They never care for problem of guest and are very stubborn and arrogant.They don't even reply any of your mails and when you ask them reason ,they instead of apologising say we are telling a lie. Very bad experience,very old hotel worn out and run by group of goons.

This is a nice hotel, great service, great grounds, friendly staff. They were also very accommodating when I lost my wallet and all my bank cards, they allowed me to extend my stay (without pay) until my bank card arrived via FedEx. They even upgraded my room to a suite at a discounted rate
