Stay at Hotel Nua Nova was just average (close to disappointing) for the below reasons. 1.) Service : As poor as it can get. Towels were in poor condition (few of them were almost split in 2 parts). Maximum of ONLY 1 towel per person per day. So in case you use your towel after swimming and you ask for another towel in the evening, you will be denied BLUNTLY. 2.) Food was decent but Expensive. But I must say that the service at the bar was really good, and the most important thing we were served with a smile (at the pool side bar) 3.) They do not provide Buckets in the room. 4.) No room service of food. 5.) Lizards, FROG and mosquitoes are very common in the rooms. When the girls who were with us complained hotel guys told us: It is very common, we can't do anything.
