I and my family found our stay at the Hotel Manvin's very good; the room and surroundings were very well maintained and very clean; service and the the cooperation from management too was very good. The central location of the hotel was an added plus. Hence I would recommend the future travellers seeking for a hotel, to confidently book into this hotel for a cheerful stay.

Will not go there again, though it is an excellent location in the middle of Panaji, Goa. Hotel is below Standard.

The location was exotic and view was unforgettable. The room was clean and comfortable but the service was bit slow. The staff didn't take any initiative in attending the guest. We hardly checked the food but the breakfast was decent. There were some pros and cons about this hotel there we will consider it as a good hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the beach. We stayed in superior room, it was spacious with all the necessities. Even the staff was caring and courteous towards the guest. Also the breakfast was good in taste. It is highly recommendable.

Considering we paid the same for this hotel as we did for a beautiful one in DonaPaula we didn't think it was worth the money at all. Dingy, damp, staff aren't the friendliest... The location however is amazing, we could see the Church of Immaculate Conception out of our window! Which is beautiful lit up at night! The room itself was spacious and towels were provided. However it is decorated like my grandmothers house! Overall it's alright for a one night stop over

The location is good but don't be deceived by the photo. Be very careful choosing a lower price room as it is pretty run down. Pay a little more for a better room on the 7th floor. The hotel reception is located on the 5th Floor. Staff is quite nice. WiFi not good in the room. It can be a very quiet hotel therefore not really suitable for single lady travelling alone.

Worst Hotel Worst Hotel

Stayed in this hotel June 2015. Since it was my first time to Goa, I talked to this Hotel directtly and I asked them to pick me up at the airport and they did so. However, the hotel is old, dilapidated and very smelly. The room cost was Rs.2500 per night per room with breakfast. You know what??? What they had offered as a breakfast was a lot of bread and mixed fruit jam and omelette. There were lots of flies trying to land on my bread and omelette. I was dissatified with the service they provided, I asked the Protocol Deptt, Govt of Goa to arrange a room in Govt Circuit House after 3 nights. Avoid this hotel.

We got the rooms pretty cheap because this was being used as guest house for our company. Because of that, I will refrain from commenting on the price of the rooms. The rooms have basic necessities, TV, AC and a nice view. There were no fridge in the room. The bathroom had geyser for hot water. Our bathroom had the bumjet attached to commode and it wasn't on target. So they need to fix that. The other room had everything working perfectly fine. The staff was really helpful and accommodated all our regular and irregular requests. There was some construction work going on which generated a lot of noise in afternoon, but nights were quiet.

The hotel we booked in Panaji overbooked, leaving us on the street. We found OYO Manvin's after walking around for an hour. 2800 rupees or about 56 Canadian dollars for a standard AC room or 2100 or about 42 for one with just a fan. We opted for AC. All rooms that we were in smelled badly of sewer. Everything in rooms was basically one step from the dump. The AC was one of those OLD, LOUD clunkers. The one in the first room died within an hour. The one in the second room sounded like it was going to crack open every time it started up. The one in the third room could not be adjusted and was not only frigid but blew like a gale force wind. The free breakfast was basic but good. Wi-fi is non existent. The staff was really good, tried hard, and were unfailingly prompt with our AC problems. The elevator was the only mode of transportation to and from the hotel, which was on the 6th floor of the building, a concern of mine, since, what do you do if there is a fire? NO STAIRS. I don't know if the picture they show on the OYO site is just a general picture or specifically for the OYO I stayed in. At any rate, it could not be further from what we experienced.
