I hv stayed this hotel for 3 days for my business stay the worst part I have found there is no room service of food in the hotel though they have very nice rooftop restaurant with good food quality and reasonable rates but will say it was a below average experience
A good location, 1 minute from NH17...at edge of market in Mapusa. Also close to Candolim, Calangute, Baga and Anjuna Beaches.
Infrastructure is the same but internet pictures do not match reality today. Shabby is what comes to mind today...as soon as you reach the reception. Rooms are ok, hot water & AC working. Room service is negligible, as is restaurant services which is not acceptable.
WiFi is only in reception area. Carpark area is partly covered with rubble. Preference given to water-tankers and miscellaneous vehicles rather than hotel guests.
Definitely need to hitch up their belts and clean up...

Stayed here one night. Not a verry special hotel. Location is near to the busstation and market. Restaurant was closed so I can't say anything about that. Bit to expensive, but there are not many hotels to choose from here. Rooms are clean tho.
Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights with family, considering finding this hotel a day after arriving in goa and getting ripped of the night of arrival by another hotel in mapusa was very happy with the stay. The staff were very courteos and rooms clean with all necessary requirements. For the price it was good value for money.Would stay there again.
I visited this hotel in Nov 12, let me start with the two positives that did happen on this trip at this place. The food was amazing and that's because of the Heera caterers which incidentally is run by a different management.
The staff, actually one in particular from housekeeping was very good, I'll come back with regards to the detail of this staff.
I usually like experimenting with hotels so I decided to try this place. The hotel rooms were very dull, it's budget agreed but the kinda rooms that should have been priced around 500 -600, or even lesser, sorry about this spoiler but now you could put some thought to what happens when someone prices a very mediocre hotel room way beyond its value for around 1800 rs a day. Rooms dull, leaking washrooms, staff not willing to change towels daily ( I was on a 5 day trip) so I was in big trouble, of course there wasn't any probability of getting my refund so I wasn't even thinking of that. Now the nightmare was more because of the occupants, like I said before, way too priced for a hotel that should have been less than 500, sometimes budget travellers like me think that a hotel priced at around 1800 to 2k should be decent but I was terribly wrong. So coming back to the occupants a whole bunch of school kids in the hotel, around 200 of them I was told by my friendly house keeping staff. They would keep ringing my door bell bang my door and runaway, hate to mention this again, but when someone fools you with pricing you expect some unruly neighbourhood characters, they were from the south and knew only Tamil, unfortunately not something I could speak, so here's where my friendly HK staff put a placard on my door which said DND but everything said and done with all honourable intentions of putting that sign up on my door, the kids had a soft target to launch at. Needless to say, I had to get that off my door and have the door bell removed, lucky me that I wasn't around during the day as I was travelling but really nightmares at the place after sunset. Also to mention the overall look of this bldg is a dilapidated commercial bldg, so lots of offices at the lower floors, I would forgive you, if you passed this hotel thinking it was some run down commercial space.
If you do have a shoestring budget, I would advise a big NO to this place, other hotels are available around the same 2k budget so choose accordingly..........geez
