Had a decent stay in this property. The location is favorable for business tour but not a vacation outing. There was inclusion of complimentary breakfast but that was not provided. The room & the room service though were basic. It is an average property.

My stay was very nice. The view from my room was very good because we had a balcony. Room was spacious too. Hotel staff were cooperative. Hotel was centrally located near the market and was convenient for us. We had food from out so we do not have much idea about the food in the hotel. However we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family because of the service and the hospitality of the staff.

the Hotel Maruya is in Mapusa Goa. it is very conjested & no parking. the first day i had no proper sleep as the A/c was not in good condition. i got shifted to another room the next day. lots of insects & mosquitoes. it was smelling bad. i feel that there could be some selection problems better do some research by suggesting such bad hotels

The ambience at the hotel was good as rooms were clean and hygienic. Staff were polite and cooperative. Food was a sort of issue as not tasty and was stinking. Hotel maintained cleanliness around its premises.

Finding the hotel is a bit of exercise. The hotel is good for business person, not a resort type. So family and leisure is a big no. Rooms are pretty spacious and clean. Room service is ok. Food, was good with quality, ample quantity and affordable rates. One of the glass pane in toilet windows was missing and was not replaced till we checked out. Given the room pricing I will rate this as average.

We stayed there for 2nights & it was family trip. As I have book this hotel from 3rd party (travel website). My experience was really not good. Rooms are not maintained. Cleanliness is required. On our arrival I was told that I will get bed tea but when we called the room service in the morning they said nobody was there & the restaurant was closed. I was suppose to get complimentary breakfast but after a heated argument one of the waiter has provided the breakfast which was really pathetic & horrible only 2 plain bread slices & omelette. But again after complaining next morning they provided us bed tea which was cold & breakfast was same only little bit of butter was there in the bread. There service is really bad & it needs huge improvements. The property is not maintained at all.

I have stayed in this hotel as it was cheaper than other options but later I realised my mistake in night when bed bugs started there job I have caught 4 bed bugs on my bed and decided will never stay here again..

This place is for you if you are on a budget friendly trip... Rates are negotiable sometimes,but do not expect more luxury over here.Still the service provided by them is much good.We had used this room just for keeping our luggage at safe place and even as hotel was at Central location from many tourist places...More convenient if you arrive by bus at Mapusa bus stand.

I hv stayed this hotel for 3 days for my business stay the worst part I have found there is no room service of food in the hotel though they have very nice rooftop restaurant with good food quality and reasonable rates but will say it was a below average experience

A good location, 1 minute from NH17...at edge of market in Mapusa. Also close to Candolim, Calangute, Baga and Anjuna Beaches. Infrastructure is the same but internet pictures do not match reality today. Shabby is what comes to mind today...as soon as you reach the reception. Rooms are ok, hot water & AC working. Room service is negligible, as is restaurant services which is not acceptable. WiFi is only in reception area. Carpark area is partly covered with rubble. Preference given to water-tankers and miscellaneous vehicles rather than hotel guests. Definitely need to hitch up their belts and clean up...
