This is a decent budget hotel with relatively clean facilities. The Wi-fi however does not work. All you will get is a bed to sleep on and a bathroom and thats about it. So use this place if you will just be at the hotel for sleeping and out the rest of the time.

have always stayed here in panjim on business as the manager Mr.Philip is very obliging and goes all out to make ur stay feel like home while ur actually on a business trip. the rooms are a bit small but nice and clean. the river facing are the best rooms, my recommendation is Rno. 401 and 404. the room service is good although a little laid back. but definitely worth it for the price.

Excellent - walking distance from Panjim Bus Stand - So, if you are business traveller and reaching late, check in for A day. Pilot may charge Rs 20-30. BE CAREFUL: board says 24 hrs check-out if your check-in at, say 8.30 am. Be prompt in informing the reception at 8 a.m. to inform that you are checking out. Else, after 8.30 a.m, you will get the unusual EXCUSE that now the software has entered your second day and the cashier/receptionist can not over ride it. In a nut-shell, you have to pay for second day also. SERVICE: extremely poor. Water cooler is kept outside your room. You have to get water yourselves. Stayed earlier in Oct 2014 - earlier and this time, got the similar excuse from waiter - I am alone and have to attend 24 rooms. VENTILATION - There is no ventilation, not even in bathroom. If you are 2 pax, you are bound to get suffocated in the night. BED SIZE - width is 6-12 inches bigger than Railway Birth. Need to say more about bed size?

We went in the peak season.Thats the last week of dec.Evrything was fine.Timely service.Support staff was friendly.Food was ok.But the RECEPTIONIST was so rude and arrogant as if she is doing some kinda favour on us.Quite far from north goa that is calungate/candolim. Prefer thus one if you dnt give a damn.

it's a good hotel for a middle class family. Middle of the city, co operative staff. Neat. only disadvantage is they don't have a restaurant. Area is good.Travel arrangements were also made by them. The manager Mr..Philip was really helpful
