ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa - Member ITC Hotels Group

Myself and my wife stayed at ITC Grand, Goa last week and had a great experience indeed. Its a well spread out beautiful property with a clean beach and nice swimming pools! Variety of well anointed Rooms arranged in independent cottages are just great!! The best thing we like is highly courteous, well trained and smiling staff who greet and treat you so nicely every time you come across them! Willing to go out of way to help and support you to make sure your needs are fulfilled!!! Food is just amazing and a wide variety with four beautiful restaurants including Royal Afghan! We relished our stay though a short one and would be looking forward to visit again!!!

We were a group of 7 couples and went there to celebrate Silver Anniversary of one of us and spent 5 nights there. As it was a lifetime opportunity of all college friends coming together from various parts of the world and the country, it was very important to choose the right place to stay which offered not just five star resort but good rooms, good view, good beach, good food, and most importantly good service. We chose this resort over Leela and happy to say that we made the right decision. The duty managers (Ms.Nadia / Ms Mahima / Ms Frency with whom we interacted) were very courteous and accepted our request without any fuss for all rooms to be together and in the area of our choice. The breakfast was fabulous (although the variety in North Indian dishes can be increased and changed on daily basis) and the service was also very good. Special mention for House keeping team led by Mr.Vijay, and Mackvil (room attendant for our room, who were very efficient and made an all out effort to make our stay memorable. Handling such a big group can be really demanding sometimes but they did everything right. Kudos !

We arrived 20th November in the early hours, we were assigned a room, we said straight away that we had wanted a non ground floor and balcony, the hotel said they would sort it in the morning. True to their word this was done without any trouble. The room we had had a sunken bath, two types of shower, ample storage in the room and large comfortable bed, the air con worked well and the room was very comfortable and kept very clean The hotel, grounds, beach, staff, choice of pools and food are without question exceptional. To mention a few, Sangeeta the luxury Ambasador, Pankaj at breakfast and our room cleaner Shri were very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, as all the other staff were, nothing was too much trouble to do, It goes all the way back to training and how the staff are valued for their services by the management. The security people on the gate and beach entrance checked a few times that we were guests (rightly so), once they recognised us it was straight through and exchanged some banter all in good fun. We felt so at ease and comfortable, treated as valued guests of the ITC The only negative thing we can think of was having to leave to go home

Excellent hotel by beach side sprawling more than 45 acres with lush gardens and lawns. Do not ever miss this hotel for you and for your family stay. Beach side restuarant "Royal Afghan" is enjoying spot in the evening. The professional staff and caring!

Mr Dhananjay at Afghan grill who made my anniversary special by setting up cake, flowers, and a beautiful mocktail in the most picturesque spot of the resort. Mr Arees at back-office who sorted my billing queries on phone after I checked out . I do not remember name of my housekeeping( room 247) guy who arranged rose petals bath and towel decoration for us And my spa lady who gave us wonderful massage The beach was most Serene and safe for kids with the most powder fine sand,and beach loungers were well kept and adequate,they actually took pains to keep it spotless clean.Although there was a wedding going on ,we didn't feel disturbed at all. Proximity to airport ( within 25 min),ease of check-in check out,prompt transfers to airport and comfortable top class shuttle, Great live music in evenings,superbly maintained resort,use of great toiletries,choice of pillows etc Few more points which keep putting itc a class apart from most hotels I have been in Goa. Loved every minute of my three day stay. Will definitely recommend it.and repeat it
