We had a great 5 days at Joecons, relaxing after a 6 week tour of India. Good sized rooms, spotlessly clean, well-furnished, with big, comfortable beds and very efficient air-conditioning. Beautiful grounds, filled with coconut palms. They run a shuttle to gorgeous Benaulim beach, but we preferred to make the 10 minute walk each day. The restaurant is excellent. Buffet breakfast choice is a bit limited, but the lovely staff will always get anything else you ask for. Raj, especially, really looked after us, getting porridge, yogurt, omelettes, etc, when we were tiring of Indian breakfasts. The fish and seafood dishes are exceptional - try the greeny prawns - not pretty, but delicious.
A delight every morning was the beautiful smile of Lovina, the best chambermaid we have ever seen.
My only criticism is the wifi. In 6 weeks, this was the only hotel who wanted to charge for wifi. We declined, and used 3G.
Just returned from this hotel yesterday and had a great time with two friends arrived early hours on a Sunday morning on the Gatwick flight found check in very simple and easy and got two rooms next to each other.Rooms are of a good size clean with fresh towels every day shower was very good and hot and the cleaners done a excellent job.
Only stayed on a B & B breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
Never used the pool on our stay always headed down to the beach but they looked clean we quite a few sunbeds.Used the bar quite a few times on our stay had a very good selection at a good price we found the entertainment very good and relaxing in the evening. What made this holiday was the staff all were very friendly and would go out of there way to help thanks to Pinar Shinto and Bashir on reception had great fun with them. Now for the Wi Fi seen many bad reviews about this there is one easy solution to this take note management change your brochure from free Wi Fi to payable Wi Fi that would solve this problem they charge 100 Rupees for 1 hour and 400 Rupees for a day most beach shacks and restaurants have free WiFi if you ask all in all had a great time here and hope to return next year thanks for a great holiday Joecons.
My wife and I spent a week here and it didn't disappoint. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the pool area was excellent and the service was first rate .
The breakfast however was a little uninspiring and the position of the hotel was a little remote for our liking. Overall , though it was a most enjoyable experience.
Special mentions must go to Ashok , Raj and Vinika in the restaurant and the lively Joel and Alok in the bar , all of whom were excellent. A very special mention goes to the cleaning lady Lovina who was quite simply the best that I have ever had in all the hotels that I have ever stayed in . Well done .

Joecons Beach Resort has it all: Clean spacious rooms, two swimming pools, delicious food, friendly and kind waiters/Chefs, fun lighting at night and a relaxing spa.
I celebrated my 70th birthday here. Relatives came from all over India, so I was anxious that our experience would be a good one. I organised the holiday from London, England. I need not to have worried, as everything was super.
I would whole-heartedly recommend Joecons to anyone looking for a relaxed and care free break under the Goan Sun and Palm trees.
Suggestions: Improve appearance of Reception area by adding fresh flowers on the desk and adding some information about the model of the boat that is on display.
We had a delightful stay at Joecons Beach Resort. The place is extremely well managed-by Mr Som Prakash Malik, the General Manager, and Mr Vincent Fernades, Front Office Manager , both take so much personal interest in the day-to-day operations of the resort. The staff at front desk are courteous, happy and always eager to please the guests. The rooms are clean, updated and well maintained. Housekeeping services are excellent.
My wife and I booked 12 rooms from London, England to celebrate her 70th birthday in January at this resort and invited our family members from all over India. The resort organised all the birthday preparations and we celebrated around the swimming pool with a live band. Food was excellent.
We all had a lovely time with our guests at this resort beyond our expectations. Well if you are looking to spend some time in Goa, this is the place to come and stay.
Our sincere thanks to Mr Som Malik. Vincent and all the staff at front desk and in the restaurant, without them, we and our guests would not have enjoyed the Birthday celebrations. Our special thanks to Head Chef- Sendil, Raj, Rehman, Suresh Singh, Vinike, Vive, Yougesh, Alfred, Mahesh and Sidhu.
