1. Basic facilities like TV connection, water, electric supply unstable 2. Manager Mr. Manoj Oberoi, very discourteous 3. Buckets broken 4. Leaking water taps and shower 5. Gym non operational 6. Newspaper not available, even at reception 7. Under staffed, even at peak tourist time Location is the only plus point Absolutely no maintenance, don't dare to stay!!

Hotel is near Baga beach. No breakfast. Pool at the top.Pool was not clean.Small bathrooms.NO cleanliness.Not cooperative.Very rude behaviour of staff.The hotel has a small parking. Not recommended for stay.

We arrived at the hotel around 12:00pm. When we arrived, the reception asked if we are Vegetarian or non-Veg which we replied back saying Vegetarian. But when we went down for dinner at 9:00pm, there was no Menu at all. We told the chef we are vegetarian but they did not have any suggestions on what we could eat. Being a tourist, we wanted to try the local foods of Goa (Vegetarian foods) but the option the chef gave us was the standard Curry and Chapati, which the Chef would make but was going to take him about 45 minutes to make this, even though the restaurant was empty. The next morning we went down for breakfast, again there was no menu and it was empty. The tables were filthy (filthy is a nice word that's how bad it was). Dust on tables, sticky tables and floors, rubbish all over the floors, unwashed plates on the tables, it was disgusting! Again, the chef advised it would take around 45 minutes to make breakfast. We was expecting a standard buffet breakfast but that was too much to expect. The day we arrived, we had a shower as we had been travelling the whole night, like a normal person would do. In the evening, we asked for fresh towels for the morning as we had to leave early for sight seeing. The hotel staff refused to give this and said only one is given per day. The next morning we went for a shower but to find there was no water in the taps!! We called the reception to inform them there is no water and they said they will send a bucket of water in two minutes. This bucket of water did not arrive for over 30 minutes! And we only received one small bucket of water which the two of us had to use for Brushing teeth, showering AND for flushing the toilet! And to top off this hotel experience, the bedding that was provided was very very VERY filth and Flies, cockroaches and insects running around my room and the bathroom! Again we complained about this but got no response. This package we had booked did include breakfast and dinner but out of the 4 days, we had breakfast (tea and stale bread) once and dinner (fries) once. I would not recommend anyone to visit this hotel unless you would like an experience like this. The package was recommended by an Agent in Surat called Jirawala Tours, SHOP-3,SORATHIYA WADI,OPP JAIN TEMPLE,BETWEEN SHETRAPAL TEMPLE,MAJURAGTE-SURAT-395003. DO NOT BOOK A TRIP WITH THIS AGENT! THEY WILL SELL YOU ANYTHING!

I had been to this hotel on 25th 26th and 27th Dec 2015. The hotel has a very small parking and so they took the keys of my brand new I20 and said that they have to move vehicles to accommodate all the vehicles. I gave the keys. Next day morning we went to the beach in my vehicle. While coming I noticed that the rear bumper of my car is broken and totally damaged and there were many dents on my dickee door. I complained the same to the reception. The Owner told me that he found in the CCTV that another customer has dashed my car and he has now checked out. I did't show me the CCTV footage. He is a very arrogant owner and just does not take any responsibility. He does not know how hospitality works in this business. On 27th Morning when I was checking out the manager told me that their person dashed my car in very fast speed to the wall. Everbody knew this (including the owner) but they are cheats. After coming back I repeatedly called Tyagi (Owner) of the hotel but he never responded. My total expenses on the vehicle was Rs. 20,000/- and they had not reimbursed me a single rupee after repeated calls. Further this hotel is very dirty, I dont think it has been cleaned in ages. There are cockroaches in the restaurant, Rooms and Bathrooms too small, Bad Food, No cleanliness, Very Dirty Linens. Actually I dont have time to write reviews, but I am so disappointed to write this review for the first time in my life. BEWARE DONT GO TO THE HOTEL. ITS VERY DIRTY AND UNSECURED.
