The room are very clean and was well furnished.
The bathroom was also very clean.
It has a swimming pool which is maintained properly.
Only problem was that i was given a room on 2nd floor and there was no lift :P

Never seen such a congested parking and small entrance lobby in Keys elsewhere. Almost we are before to our schedule arrival at 9.30 am instead of 13.00 but that was well informed in written while booking itself but no care has been taken. More over after 1.30pm they were unable to provide booked room for us. only a single room has allotted among 6+2 peoples. Room was too small in size and was in savvy condition. Washrooms are worst than that. I got twice hit on left my elbows while taking bath. As the place size was arnd 3ft only. No sufficient place and arrangement for breakfast too. The only thing that suits to Key Ronil was hot location and nothing more than that. Overall the specific Key resort was not upto the standard of Keys.

The location is amazing and the resort has a very old Goan charm to it. Considering the prices, this is one of the best options for short getaway at Goa

This hotel was perfect. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. Just abt 5 min walk from beach makes it a perfect place to be staying in. Good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler who wants to stay in North Goa.

Good location, good buffet breakfast. Rooms functional - basic enough for the price.
Not worth spending if you are looking for experience.

I did not like the experience of the Hotel at all. I had booked 2 Keys Room in the hotel. The front desk manager sends an email to check the arrival time at the hotel and upon reaching the hotel at 1pm there is only one room ready for check in out of the 2. The check for the other room was provided at 3pm. None of my family members liked the rooms so I requested to change the room or upgrade. The alternate rooms shown to me was a complete mess with the Television missing and the cabinet lying on the floor with no Air conditioning. They told me that they will get it ready for me. I denied that room as it took them 2 hours to clean a already ready room which was checked out by someone else. God know how many days would it take them to clear the mess at that alternate room shown to me. Rooms were very small. In spite of pre informing them that I was there at the hotel to celebrate a special occasion there were no arrangements, no enquiries if I need something. The staff is very cold. I did not find any helpfulness from any staff. The buffet breakfast was also okay and nothing exciting to look for.

Well have stayed @ Ronils before as well but this time the experience was so unexpected that I don't think will stay/recommend anybody in future. It looks like the property hasn't upgraded or maintained itself over years. The furniture, paint, bathrooms.. all looks the same old way. Everything is just very old. The surrounding is so dirty at the back rooms "G-J blocks". needs HIGH Up-gradation. Planned for three nights but than shifted after the first itself. Apart from that the laundry & in-house dining charges were rocket high.
Filthy Hotel badly maintained

We Booke this hotel as we were returning customers having stayed here 4 years ago. On this visit we arrived late at night and were put into ground floor rooms at the back of V block. The first thing we noticed was the noise from a. Generator at the rear of the rooms. We immediately asked for a move and were put onto the top floor at the front. The room we got was so dirty I would not have let an animal stay there. I immediacy contacted the rep who started that we would get moved again the following morning. The room we eventually stayed in was OK but still quite poorly maintained. The basic cleansing was ok but is definitely not a hotel that I will be returning to.

A good family resort

The location is excellent - you are near almost everything ! The road outside is very busy but inside the resort is quiet and peaceful.
It is very popular for families . The food is average - the staff friendly and courteous. For the price-it is good value for money .

Avoid J block completely, it has faulty AC central unit and smells badly because there is some kind of filter/sewage plant at the back
