We had stayed here around 1st week of december and our entire stay was memorable . We got a check-in at 4AM and that you instantly by a call to Sunny Chopra the owner , hassle free check-in. The hospitality of the entire staff was great, though its not a great resort to live in still a peaceful and budget resort. Thanks to Sunny , the cook, the guard for our memorable stay :)

We had a very bad experience in this hotel, first of all it doesn't look like the pictures show...much older outside, swimming pool was dirty in high season, the garden looks...dead!!The room was clean, but noisy and the window was nearly broken in my hands. The staff was horrible, not helpful at all and they charged more than we were supposed to pay for the reservation. Plus it was pricy and difficult to find since the geolocalisation on the site wasn't accurate (more than 2 km away). You can find much better

We checked into this property during Diwali evening and we struggled to find this hotel since its located on the main road. The hotel asked the ID proof of all the guests even though we had traveled with family which wasn't a good experience. Complementary Breakfast is not unlimited. Wi-fi is free but will get connected when you are sitting at reception. Swimming pool is not well maintained as well. Travel desk facility is not that great we had to call the taxi by our own. Hotel room is well maintained off course with mini freeze and A/c etc.Rooms doesn't have any balcony as well.

The experience had been really very bad. First, the quality of mattress provided was too bad, the one which can be bought for 300-400 bucks, really pathetic. The blankets provided were of not even washed properly. For the extra bed, even extra blankets were not provided. NO INTERCOM - I had never experienced before that a room in a hotel/resort doesn't have a intercom also. They expected people should go from their rooms at 2nd floor to go to reception at ground floor and communicate. Breakfast - Not so good and NOT EVEN SUFFICIENT. I would definitely not recommend anyone for stay in here.

Couldn't leave Poppy( my pet) behind hence found La Casa Soilim as 1 of the pet friendly resorts Enjoyed my off time in wide open spaces for my dog to run about. Simple homestay type of comfort at a very affordable price. Centrally located near restaurants, shops and supermarkets. BRAVO !!!
