Shaan Coco Palms Resort Morjim

I have visited Shaan Coco Palm Beach Resort multiple times with my family and friends. This resort is located just a few meters from the beach, and its restaurant directly faces the sea. It offers great value for money. The staff is very courteous and polite. Shubham, the resort manager, made our stay extremely pleasant’he is a genuinely nice person. Shruti at the front desk was also very helpful and welcoming. Although the swimming pool is small, we had a great time. They even provided a good speaker for music, which added to the fun. The breakfast spread could be improved, especially for vegetarian guests. Overall, it was a great stay and excellent value for money, given its beachfront location. My 3-year-old daughter especially enjoyed playing with the cat in their garden. They have renovated hotel now so it’s more beautiful now

Had enjoyable moments with friends. The staff was friendly and helpful.The room was well equipped and the service was excellent.The best part was sea view from room. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as we come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill.

We had a wonderful stay at Shaan Coco Palms Beach Resort with our family, including kids. The resort’s beachfront location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the serene Morjim Beach. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful wooden cottage stays, which were spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooms were comfortable, giving a cozy yet luxurious feel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, always ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. Housekeeping was top-notch, keeping the cottages and surroundings clean. Our kids especially loved the clean and well-maintained swimming pool, which was a great place to relax and have fun. The poolside area was also neatly arranged, making it an enjoyable experience for the whole family. Overall, this resort is a great choice for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing beachfront getaway. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again!

Our three-day stay at this property was disappointing. While the cottages by the pool received decent service, the deluxe rooms in a separate building were completely ignored. No housekeeping, no fresh towels for three days, and we had to ask for water bottles daily. The bathroom was unclean at check-in, with food remains in the washbasin and a bad odor. Pool towels were unavailable, and the in-room phone didn’t work, forcing us to visit the reception for everything. The security guard during the day was overly intrusive about parking, annoying not just us but other guests too. The on-site restaurant, The Last Shack, was equally disappointing’unresponsive staff, subpar service, and terrible food. The complimentary breakfast was inedible, with rock-hard vadas and bad idlis. The only positive was the well-maintained lawn and pool, which made the place look nice from the outside. Unfortunately, we booked last minute and regretted it. There are far better options in Morjim’wouldn’t recommend this one.
