This resort deserves to be more popular than it is.The resort is located on Morjim Ashvem road.Its within walk able distance from the beach alternately the resort has arrangement for bike rental too.The resort consist of concrete and wooden cottages surrounded by beautiful gardens and a lovely clean pool. The restaurant serves good food and the staff and management is very helpful.The rooms are clean and well equipped.There is enough parking space so even if you have your own vehicle there is no problem.

We stayed in the resort between 17th - 21st Nov in 3 rooms (5 guests). Room were not clean as it should be like there were Makadi Jaals at roof top. Bathroom floor was yellow and water logged problem. Insects like Frog and Joe were in rooms. We had to called for service for changing bedsheet and towels. There was no mirror when and t was fixed next day on our request. And no phone extension placed, we had to visit reception for every request. Worst is AC was not working. Also there was no room service such as for tea and food. The worst part is, the staff is very rude and non cooperative, he gave us contact of taxi driver who again looted us by showing wrong places. for example, he took us to Sapura Fort and said we are visiting Agoda fort. I mean it really sucks when you spend your hard earned money to have pleasure and these experiences make your stay worst and unhappening. I will never recommend this stay. Breakfast has just 3 choices everyday like- Bread omllette, sandwitch and Porridge. This menu remained as it is for all 5 days.and other choices were paid. 2 paranthas were of rs. 250.

We stayed in this property from 17th Oct to 19 Oct and it was a great experience, room were spacious and clean along with neat & clean attached bathroom, location is beat inside Goa but the atmosphere is clam and far away from hassle of the city. Swimming pool was neat and well maintain. Overall a good hotel near morjim and arambol beach.
