Prima facie, the hotel gives you an average stay. However, compared to the 4-star status the hotel claims, its nowhere close. The outer look of hotel could be termed as slightly deceptive as the room interiors do not complement the otherwise good looking exteriors. Inspite of booking months in advance, the hotel management gave us the worst possible rooms as far as view is concerned. One has to fight with the management to get good rooms. The management claimed that there were no rooms available. However, after 1/2 hr argument, they finally gave us better rooms. This is indicative of non-transparency in dealing. It was surprising to notice that a 4-star hotel doesnt have lift. Additionally, the cleanliness in the hotel was also not up to the mark. One should choose this hotel only if he/she is utilizing the facilities just for sleeping at night. Overall, its an average hotel...not so bad but we expected more from a 4-star labelled hotel. it should be compared with non-stared hotels while deciding on the final stay. then it would turn out to be superior.

Room - The size of the room, to start with,was quite disappointing to be called a Premium Suite. I wanted a room on the higher floors but was told they don't have any elevator access. Wooden Flooring and large flat screen television was the good part. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub and the flow of water was irregular. Food - The hotel had limited choices for those who didn't want to go for the buffet option. This was especially difficult for my wife as the vegetarian options were almost non existent. Customer Service - I would rate this hotel higher on the service aspect as the staff were very cordial and polite despite my constant endeavors to make their lives miserable !!!! Overall I'll rate this hotel 2.5 out of 5!

* The housekeeping was really not good. There was no foot mat provided near the bathroom. So we had to wander with wet feets. Foot mat, on requested, were NOT provided instantly. So there was a huge inconenience. I wanted to extend my stay but there was no provision. * One thing that i can say for SURE that this hotel management is ver particular about MONEY and does NOT care about the comfort of the people. * I was told that the bus service counter will be open till 9:00 and when i went there they said its closed. I need to check in the morning. So i did that and finally they gave up the truth saying that you need to do the booking yesterday. Also at the time of checking out i found there were some issues with the person who had booked the ticket for site seeing through them. My words of wisdom : If you are going to Goa for site seeing and don't care about the stay, please do not stay in this hotel. After all you are there in Goa for visiting beaches and other places.

Without waiting time I should directly come to the negatives of this 4 star hotel. 1. The reception staff told us that they don't give their good/best rooms to the people who book their rooms online. I think this is very important to be noticed by all online agencies. I am very much disappointed at the part of Cleartrip this time. 2. Staff is rude with some exceptions. 3. No lifts in maximum blocks with 3 to 4 floors, that sounds ridiculous but true. 4. Worst view from the rooms which are not pool facing 5. Washrooms are not up to the mark 6. Breakfast is ok but needs improvement in form of variety. I think I will never repeat my stay in Neelam Grand, Goa.

we stayed 3 nights.Reception was very friendly and breakfast makes us homely.Room service and other amenities was very good and we never forget the goa trip in our life. Thanks for the team. Amenities like spa are great in nature. pool kept clean.

this place is very good to stay and offers variety of food and services to keep you involved there only, im visiting here 2nd time & really yo can come to this place all the time, though the rates were high here due to season, but its total worth enough to stay here

excellent place for families. great food . near the beach and the hotell staff is customer friendly, thanks to travel myntra for reccomending me this hotel. travel myntra gave me the best package so far with reasonable rates . it can be relied upon.

we stayed for 3 nights, called them one day ahead of arrival , person who picked up the phone told me pick up and drop is available only when you call 2 days before , I asked him tohe call manager to conform and reply he said no, I called again in morning to find out response, this time the person took my flight details and told you will a get a taxi for pickup, we landed at 4 pm , we had no taxi for pickup, great the operator told no details for pick up were given, somehow they arranged by adjusting us with another couple, took us one hour after landing, for drop also they have fixed timings like at 10am then 12 ...hard to adjust according to flight timings. we had booked room with breakfast , room was ok , I asked then to give me pool side room for which they told me they charge 1000 rs per day extra(we paid around 5400 per day for room), breakfast was very poor with limited choice, people at reception in evening duty and room service was good.Positive thing about this hotel is location close to calangute and baga.
