It was not upto the 4* property. Room service was pathetic, it took much more than expected time. We asked for the towels for the second time, they said they cant give more than one towel in a day? The quality of the superior room wasnt good. Overall, the experience was bad.

It was exotic place. The surrounding was really happening. The room was royal with clean bathroom. The staff was courteous. The reception guided me a lot. The service was instant. The food was awesome. The nearby beach was full of fun. I will keep on coming back to this sweet property.

It was a grand property. The ambiance was very relaxing. The staff was supportive. The service was undoubtedly the best. The food was also well prepared. The room was very clean and spacious. The only drawback was this hotel was far from the sea about 15 minutes walking distance.

UPS: The best thing about Neelam's is its location near Calangute & Baga Beach, which are good beaches in North Goa. The beds and wash rooms are good, the staff is courteous, and they even helped me in hiring local conveyance. Not many Indians like to use the well-maintained swimming pool, which was occupied by foreigners staying in this hotel. The hotel itself arranged for sightseeing buses to North Goa & South Goa, which were reasonably priced and helpful for new travellers. DOWNS: For vegetarians, it is advisable to eat outside, though their breakfast is good. The games (carrom, table-tennis etc) are not allowed to be played between 8 pm and 8 am,nor you can use the swimming pool during this period. During our stay, the cable service was awful. We stayed on the 3rd floor, but the lift went bad twice, so we had to use the staircase. Overall, hotel is clean & well-maintained, though a little expensive.

The staff was jolly. They helped me throughout the stay. The location was very close to the beach. The food was special. The non-veg food was mouth watering. The room was well maintained with all the facilities. The ambiance was lively. It was a good place to chill out.
