I feel that, I was overcharged for the overall facilities at the hotel which was average. I should say that the pool at the hotel is good. There is some construction work hapening towards the front of the hotel, so the ambience is a bit disturbed.

Staff people are good but were not so fast. We used the swimming pool in the hotel and enjoyed very much. The entrance of the hotel was small.

Very good service provided, we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to recommend same property to our known ones.
I had book the Neelams grand Goa for my Clint on 9th jan 2021,
the room which I had book that was suite room with all amenities
with breakfast
my guest as enjoy the overall stay and the Resort as located near to beach and its 3 star resort but it will give you a 4to5 star facility
the food is really good

he is the person who take care the guest personally very sportive and active

Visited goa with my friends from 9 - 12 jan and booked my stay at Neelam's the grand. They offered complimentary pick up and drop from the airport to the hotel which was on time.
The experience staying there was satisfactory with clean and spacious rooms. The staff was good too and great options for breakfast. Special thanks to Mr. Kamalakant Sir who helped us a lot at the end moment with some changes in our booking. Extremely courteous and helpful of him. Much recommended for travelers looking for a decent stay at Calangute.

We loved the hospitality at Neelam's. The rooms were clean and tidy. All my friends were extremely happy. Mr. Prabhu made sure our stay was comfortable. He also helped us get a great deal during the New Year week.
Highly recommend staying at Neelam's during your visit to North Goa.

Excellent place to stay.
We stayed here for 4 nights 5 days.
Room service is super fast.
Restaurant is awesome and KAMALKANT PRABHU is the restaurant manager who takes a great care of the kitchen and guests. The entire staff is very accommodating and soft-spoken.
