Staff are good. Swimming pool was nice. Service was good. Room was also perfect. We will recommend to our friends.

Hotel has a swimming pool. They had a huge group present so it was very crowded near the swimming pool. Rooms were not so well maintained. The staff were co-operative and helpful. Food was pretty average.

It was our long stay in hotel Neelam's The Grand. All meals, airport transfer were included in our package. Staff are good. Service was good. Room was also perfect. Swimming pool was nice.

Rooms were not so good of the hotel. The food was not good and serving style too was not good. The hotel is located in a a very shady area, so I did not like it.
