We booked three rooms over there.Property is old,Hazy water in swimming pool.But rooms were clean and spacious.Not much hot water in tap.Breakfast were ok not much more option. But if you want to stay near beach on calangute in a small budget then it is not a bad choice.

Hotel is budget hotel with basic necessities. It is located at an excellent location at Calangute. Food is good and well priced. Decent swimming pool, however need frequent cleaning. Good part is that they allow only families and couples in the Hotel. They mention that swim wear is mandatory to enter swimming pool, however people were there in normal clothes as well. I really looked like a fool there in swim wear. Rooms are ok, however bed was small with 2 small kids. They provide extra mattress at an charge. Can come again to stay here. Special mention for Person maintaining kitchen who provided excellent services.

We stayed in Ondas do mar phase 1 ,we were a group of friends staying in a villa plus 4 of our friends were staying in standard rooms ,the location is very good,we liked the swimming pool area,the staff was polite and friendly ,the villa was nice with a hall where we used to sit in the evening sometimes otherwise we were out exploring Goa,there was a kitchen but we did not use it so much ,ordered food at the hotel restaurant it was good ,no issue,our friends' room was ok for a budget resort,there were no issues with cleaning and hygiene.On the whole it was a good experience and we will visit again for sure.

This hotel is clean and has a charming look. I loved that the rooms had two balconies and even a fridge. The pool is lined with chairs for sun bathing and unlike other hotels, the pool is hidden so you have your privacy. Friendly staff One in-house restaurant and another next door with decent food.

1. No trust - though you pay advance payment 3 months ahead of stay. Need to sign a document of count of beer , other drinks in bar and eatables in room. We had to sign a paper which said that there are 21 things in mini bar and if we use any of those, we have to pay for that !!! During check out, they will come with the paper which we signed initially during check in and inspect fridge to make sure that 21 items are still in refrigerator. Trust!!! (I made advance payment thrugh NEFT 3 months before trusting these guys. They don't even trust us and wanted the guest to sign an agreement saying that guest will pay if he consume their beverages). 2. Tea could not be served in room - excuse that there is power failure, are busy with many guest.So we should move to his cafeteria. How come a power failure associated with making and serving tea? 3. Poor quality of linen, towels. Linen , towels to be changed not before 2 days - "SAVE Water " Policy. We respect this policy for genuine reasons, but linen can be changed is what I believe. 4. Torned bed sheets and unhygienic blankets. 5. Any budget or even third grade hotel will offer atleast drinking water to its guests. Here, it is also chargeable. 6. Regular power failures. Backup power facility is available, but will take more than half ann hour to switch on generator. 7. Unprofessional staff behaviour
