Hotel is very good. Ambieance, Reception and room service were also good. Hardly 10 minutes from Panji Busstand. Food Quality is excellent. In Compliemntary Breakfast Varieties of Dishes were less. I Dint like about the WI-FI, it is avaliable only in restaurant and Lobby where else in other hotels it is opposite. Bathroom are too small particularly shoer part. Overall expeiriance is good i would suggest to visit with family.

Hotel is located right in the heart of city, very near to Panjim market & Mandvi River. Food was decent. Though the complimentary breakfast was limited to 1 dish & 1 tea / milk, quality was good. We stayed in a non-ac room which was OK. But I saw the A/C room & it was good. Important thing was that Hotel was neat & clean. Non-AC option is good if you just want a place with things in walking distance. Only negative about it is that we reached in Hotel at around 7:30AM & we had to wait for about 2-3 hours to get the room. Which I feel is OK as check-in time is 12 noon.

Amazing service, amazing location, excellent yummy food which is actually very rare to find in Goa. Heart of the city though being in a peaceful location. Rooms are clean and tidy. Room service is quick. 5 out of 5.

Booked Standard Family Room as my friend and her siblings wanted to stay in one room Hard Bed was like as good as sleeping on a tiled floor Breakfast is for name sake Air Conditioned didn't worked in family room and management was not able to fix it or offer alternative If you are on budget then go for it but if you want to enjoy then book at Goa Tourism's hotel which is near by only

Visited for business tour hence stayed nearby location. It is in the heart of Panajim city. So do not expect the view or ambiances or natural sorroundings. But it is near to cruz , casinos and other attraction of goa

rooms were revamped but bathroom was old and poorly kept. room and bedding had a damp smell. not close to anything of interest. lobby is neat and clean as are surroundings ouitside. restaurant is new with a good menu

We stayed there for a night at a twin AC Room The check in was smooth and we were welcomed by a drink. Reception and lobby area was good. Room was not that good, washroom not very hygenic and the balcony was pathetic. Very Slow room service. You have to call them again and again. The Free WI-FI service was just pathethic. you have to log in after every two hours with new password. The people there would take hours to provide the password. It was very irritating. The complimentary breakfast was very yummy and hygienic. The location was superb. So everything except food and location was not that good.

Going with the reviews for its cleanIiness and location I had booked this hotel for 1 night stay with my family. A plus point it provided us with a multibedded family room which was spacious and neat. Not availabe at other hotels. Staff is polite, food is good. Hotel has basic amenities which are well maintained. Second plus its very close to mandavi bridge, cruizes, many food joints and for shopping also. Overall good for stay with family.
