We had a good stay in this property. I really liked the site seeing service, we enjoyed it. But breakfast options were very few, they only served bread-butter & cutlet. It is an average hotel overall.

This is a well situated hotel with food access. However, there is no to little Internet, no hairdryers, and scarce paper products, like tissue and toilet paper. The view was great with a nice balcony and large windows. Bedding was fine. Room was large and clean. Also, limited coat hangers. Not really a good stay for women.

This is a basic safe place to stay, but in 2017, a hotel that only has internet in the lobby (that doesn't work) is obsolete. The hotel had large rooms, a wonderful balcony, and a view of the river. However, basic stuff is important. The room didn't even have HAIR DRYERS!!! The products were small and cheap. Toilet paper was at a premium, if at all. There was NO tissue. It was sad that the manager didn't understand the importance of internet, coat hangers, toilet paper, hair dryers, and tissue. Come out of the dark ages. Otherwise, staff were friendly, the room clean, bed comfortable, and price cheap, but at what cost to personal comfort in 2017.

Room was spacious but very dusty. No water in the the room. Very basic hospitality. Asked for a black tea at breakfast and they wanted to charge me!!!! Location is good but other than that would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for one night less than one week ago.. Excellent location, quite spacious, well equipped room Coffee machine, digital locker, fridge was available in room.. Sea facing view was awesome.. They have huge windows.. Which give the stay additional richness.. One can see, casinos in boats, lights, Mandovi river cruises.. They have provided a small balcony too.. From where you can click best photos and watch the buzzing city and beautiful Sea and beautiful Goa at night . They have attached restaurant.. Excellent breakfast.. Quite cooperative staff. One captain by name Mr Ramavtar Nehra was not only helping, but quite professional and pro active.. Due to location of his place one can go for shopping, playing casino, river cruise within five minutes ..just walking distance.. Location and immaculate arrangements are assets of this property.. All in all it was great experience.. Keep it up team..

Panaji Residency is managed by Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) a Goa govt PSU. The location is in the heart of Panaji City and the facade of this Hotel faces the Mandovi River. The rooms facing north have a very good view of the Mandovi River, the bridge and a part of Panaji City. The heart of the city is accessible by walk or by short drives. Tourist facilities like booking taxis, resorts can all be done from the hotel itself. As regards the property, though it is government owned, the rooms are very well maintained. Room service is very prompt. The cost of dishes ordered are quite reasonable. Breakfast is complimentary and the dining area is quite well maintained. Breakfast is of buffet type. Omlette can be made to order apart from the dishes provided in the menu. The rooms extremely spacious, well ventilated, with each one has a separate balcony. Linen is changed on a daily basis and there is intercom connectivity with all rooms/ services (as in any other such star hotel). Among the best places to stay in Panjim City. Movement to any part of Goa can be done for business/ sight seeing.
