We have had a horrible experience at the hotel. There were a number of bad things to write about but the only good thing about the resort was its location i.e proximity to Calangute and Baga beach and the property of the resort was good. To start with the bad things the room quality was horrifying that was after we changed the room twice the plaster on the wall were peeling off, the sofa was torn and to top the list the suite was not having one single but two single beds were joined together with a gap which not even a worse hotel would keep.It was most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept. The service was nothing to mention. There was no housekeeping staff to attend to us and infact the watchman had to take our luggage to the room. The breakfast menu was so bad and lousy that I cant even mention. We would never recommend this resort to anyone.

Terrible behavior by rookie staffs Terrible behavior by rookie staffs

by pranavat2016 on November 20, 2016

Stayed here for 9 days, first 3days with family and then with group of friends. The rookie and untrained reception staffs spoiled the mood. They made us stand there for 45-60min. Later in 3days when i was with family called me more than 10 times to understand our booking. The ball boy will come to help u when u carry ur luggage almost 90%. Perhaps the just touch the luggage for tips. Security considers itself perhaps black cat commandos. Whenever we went out with bag they checked us whether we were going out without without check out. Mind they charge 100% in advance. Go there only to spoil your holiday mood.

Cons, Cons and only Cons Cons, Cons and only Cons

We stayed here in Oct 2016. This four starred property is not even 1 star worth. Apart from the fungus filled room and pathetic food, it lacks the basic provision of security. The CCTV cameras does not cover the entrance and exits of the hotel and the guards are asleep in the morning hours. Moreover, any random human can walk in the hotel premises armed/unarmed and can have access to any of the guest rooms. This led to the major life risking theft which costed us our cameras, lenses, mobile and wallet worth 5 lakhs. We feel that the hotel staff is involved in this burglary the (lame) CCTV footage showed that he knew the property very well and could unlock any door. All this happened while we were in the room asleep. We are still struggling to come out of this shock. The hotel is safely ignoring this issue and not even bothered to cooperate. This hotel has actually given the scar of our life. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

UNSAFE. Awful. Totally Disappointing UNSAFE. Awful. Totally Disappointing

'Anti-Paradise' is what I would like to call this beach resort. My 4-day stay at the resort easily qualifies as my worst vacation ever. To start with, there are serious flaws in the security there. The result of which, we got ROBBED of our valuables worth 5 lakh (five hundred thousand INR). So the THIEF easily walks into the resort from the main entrance at 7 in the morning, breaks into one of the resort's indulgence suite, swiftly STEALS the professional DSLR's bag with camera and lenses in it, iPhone and wallet and walks away fearlessly from the other exit, where there was no security guard present. Inadequate number of CCTV cameras installed, very few guards to man the entry-exit gates (we even caught them napping on duty a few times), perhaps cost-cutting being practiced by the resort. The nature of the theft easily suggests the thief was well-armed and knew the resort property well (perhaps an inside-help involved) to help him pull off such daring robbery in day time. How else could it all be explained? Despite the loss of the valuables we are glad we came out of this potentially LIFE-THREATENING situation unharmed!
