We have had a horrible experience at the hotel. There were a number of bad things to write about but the only good thing about the resort was its location i.e proximity to Calangute and Baga beach and the property of the resort was good. To start with the bad things the room quality was horrifying that was after we changed the room twice the plaster on the wall were peeling off, the sofa was torn and to top the list the suite was not having one single but two single beds were joined together with a gap which not even a worse hotel would keep.It was most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept. The service was nothing to mention. There was no housekeeping staff to attend to us and infact the watchman had to take our luggage to the room. The breakfast menu was so bad and lousy that I cant even mention. We would never recommend this resort to anyone.

We had booked 2 studio rooms at Paradise Village. The overall property is very big but its not maintained properly. The washrooms in the rooms are not clean. Room cleaning were not done on time , the towels were not replaced and the AC of one room was not even working properly. The flap of AC was broken and when asked to fix that they did some temporary work of putting a stick as a stopper so the flap is just open. Some how managed the whole stay...which could have been better. When we said ...we read the reviews and came ...the guy at reception seemed to mock us ....saying " You read the reviews and still came....." Well the team should work on maintaining the property and providing good the property has potential. The good thing about this property is its at a walkable distance from the beach. They have a back gate which opens at the beach and shack but..... the gates only open from 8am to 6pm. So basically even if they have a gate which opens to the can use that gate for seeing the Sunrise or Sunset :). Food- The breakfast was not good... It was just manageable. For dinner we had ordered fish curry and rice. The fish curry was good and seemed it was the only saving soul of this entire stay. All in all....a lot of improvement is required on the cleanliness and service . Might not come back to stay again.

If you have booked with this resort and reading reviews then it's too late but if you haven't booked it, please don't book it if u don't want to waste ur money. It's a huge property but it seems like the owner started this resort just to bring this property in use. Staff is very untrained and unproffesional. I booked beach cottage here and it is not actually beach cottage. they have made it look like beach side but u can't see beach, u have to walk some distance. rooms are very untidy. There is no coordination in there departments. I asked for water bottle and it took them more than 1 hour to provide it. I was thirsty like anything. I told this at reception and the receptionist was fighting with housekeeping in her own language. house keeping will not come to clean ur room till the time they are done with rooms who want to check out. they came at around 2 in afternoon to clean my room. entire hotel was messed up.dirty rooms. stupid gentry. please don't go if don't want to spoil ur vacations

We had booked 9 rooms and it was an excellent stay at the Resort. Though even after request they gave rooms in separate buildings. The pool is good and well managed. Restaurant is nice and they have some programs on weekend. The beach is next to resort and there is a path from within the resort.

Good Hotel with beach access, Good food and peaceful location... Good Hotel with beach access, Good food and peaceful location...

We had stayed there for around 4 days. Overall good experience it was. good food. They have personal access to beach which was good to escape to beach at any time. Rooms were good but cleanliness is the one which was lacking sometimes. staff was very nice and helpful. They give you bikes on rent as well with around same rate as outside. They have arrangement of tours as well which was also good.
