Hotel Hyatt is my favourite hotel in Goa and I will blindly recommend Hyatt to all visitors. However this time I was disappointed as even though we checked in at 3.00 pm the room was not ready and we had to wait for half an hour for the room.

The location was awesome right on the beach. The property was quite grand and well maintained one. The staff was professional and service was up to the date. The food arrangement was superb especially the Chinese and continental food. I will definitely visit this resort in near future.

A pleasant suprise. We stayed at the Taj Fort Aguda after the Park Hyatt and it is no comparison. The Park Hyatt was amazing.

Travelling to Goa India for the first time, my husband and I didn't know where to begin when we starting looking for accommodation. It came down to either the Marriott or Park Hyatt and I have to say thank goodness we chose Park Hyatt! Travelling from Australia, we arrived in the very early hours of the morning. As soon as we entered the gates it felt like we came to a different world. The amazing front office staff welcomed us with beautiful fresh hand towels and a welcome drink and escorted us our beautiful room. We opted for a king room and when we walked in we were greeted by a clean, spacious room, a sucken bathtub and a outdoor rain shower - WOW! We had a beautiful buffet breakfast every morning serving only fresh local produce and omelettes as per your order. We also had dinner every night during our 9 night stay trying the variety of eatery's on site. We were not disappointed! The pool is amazing and the luscious grounds are something to look at!!! The resort is 5 star, absolute luxury however the staff are what makes this place even more special. Everyone, and I mean every staff member always had a smile on their face and was willing to assist with whatever we asked. A special mention to our housekeeper Monika and to the beautiful Fiona D'Costa for making this trip one to last a lifetime. Fiona and her Team organised a beautiful surprise for me as my husband and I celebrated our 20 year anniversary...one evening after dinner we came back to a room filled with red balloons, fresh roses on our bed, a cake and a beautiful bubble bath filled with rose petals. It was something from a fairytale and we will never forget that...thank you so much Fiona and her Team. If you are searching for a resort in Goa like we did for many months, don't go past the PARK HYATT...its truly a magical experience!!!

Fabulous Beach, great pool, many dining options. The beachside seafood restaurant, amazing dinner and perhaps the best Sunday brunch anywhere in the world. Unlimited drinks.....amazing value. Shout out to Olivo Barbosa who took amazing care of us. So many people work so hard here. We will return. Heard a rooms Renovation is coming. Hard to imagine this place any better. The housekeeping department is tops. When my friend had a fever they brought lots of dragon fruit to reduce temperatures and it worked. Only quibble is the spraying for bugs. The workers covered us with bug spray even as we frantically waved them off. Thank goodness no children with us. We told management. We trust they took heed.

Happened to visit Park Hyatt for the 5th time this week. I have also shared the reviews in April 2011 and May 2013 and thought for sharing my latest experience. It all started when we touched down in Goa and I walked out towards the exit. I was among a huge group arriving for a Mercedes event but I couldn't see anyone holding the 'Mercedes' board outside. I am sure the hotel guys must have been briefed about how to welcome guests of this group. Anyway, moving on, the little cute bus that took us to the hotel was comfortable but no one (the driver or the attendant) care to ask us / offer us the water bottles. There was also a young couple in the bus (independent guests, not our group) and I am sure they must have felt this too. The welcome at the hotel was okay, our group check-in was fast. Post that when I got lost in the property (as there was no one to escort me to the room - this is happening again), a caring staff member left his work and took me all the way to my room. Thank you. Talking to the room, love their water facing rooms. Big balcony and romantic open sky showers in the washroom. i didnt use that - preferred using the indoor washroom tub - its a big walk-in tub and really nice. Did order my fav chicken club s/w for lunch - no issues in terms of taste and quantity. Dinner was out in the lawns - the bartender quickly understood how to mix my drinks and I just had to visit the bar and within seconds, my drink used to be ready. Full marks. Snacks were nice, main course was average but dessert made it up. Breakfast was also at the hotel - off season meant not too much of a rush. Went in for my usual mix of breads and omlette. Mango lassi was nice, so was sweet lassi. However, I did notice no one came forward to ask me for tea or coffee. Probably the staff was too busy in attending the limited international guests. So all in all, huge property which is well managed, lovely rooms, good food and some good staff members around. But that 'extra touch' is missing (no one to show you the room on day 1, no one to ask u for tea/ coffee on day 2) .. Sorry guys if I am harsh but even a mail sent you to a day before is still unanswered. I am sure someone will reply to this post but tripadvisor should create a function where we, the guest, should be able to reply back too. My 2 cents. Images attached!

I was here with my wife to have the best taste of Christmas and new year and trust me we did get the best experience for life they have the best located property where in we can view the beach and easy accessibility to it you want posh living, you need good food, nice hospitality, romantic stay what not a complete package it was one of the best experience we ever could have

Was put in this hotel as I was working in Goa. Found it to be efficiently run by a wonderful staff crew. Nothing was too much trouble. The weather was impeccable as was the cleanliness. Boasts the largest pool in India (perhaps they mean Goa) but none the less, it was refreshing. Some very rude people there clicking their fingers and not saying please and thank you, but I am old school maybe, and just don't like that sort of thing. I suppose it comes with the 5* territory. If you are going to Goa, you would be hard pressed to improve on this place although a little pricey
