We have stayed at multiple hotels but the quality of service and attention of this hotel was amazed ..one of the staff Himanshu das guided us with awesome staff service .thanks for this experience
Worst experience in this huge price band

No center table. No recliner chair even i asked in reception but they didnt provide. Ants in the room. No elevator. No welcome drink served. No drink allowed from outside. Staff dont do what they say. Poor washroom. Water not passing through sink. Swimming pool timing. I was felling like cheated. Worst experience ever in this huge price band. Worst. Waiting for revert.
