Very good location. Located just 2 kms from famous Baga beach. My room was upgraded to Suite room. Options in breakfast are limited. Very good resort for peace loving people. Check in and check out was prompt and they even extended the checkout time. Room service was decent but they dont serve anything after 11.00 in the night.

I had booked a Suite room with breakfast for 5 nights through GoIbibio (booking id HTLMLE3UTL). During the check in I was told that I need to pay an additional amount of Rs.6500 and its for the Mandatory Christmas Gala Dinner. I politely told the receptionist that I wouldnt be interested and this was not highlighted to me during booking. She was extremely rude and told me that she will not allow us to check in until we paid the amount and that it was mentioned in the hotel policy section on the fine print on the 3rd page of the booking confirmation pages. I had to pay and only then they allowed the us to check in. During this entire episode of the check in process I observed that there is a big transformation in their attitude whenever a foreigner passed by. I thought it was a coincidence but I as proved wrong in the coming days of my stay there. Finally we went to the forced gala dinner and every time we found a 4 seater table the waiters there started playing this reserved table game. They said this table is reserved thought there was no visible marking of any sort. So we moved to another table the result was the same. Finally we moved the 3rd time and I told them we are not going to budge. Later I realized they had reserved all the tables that we attempted to sit earlier for foreigners. If youre an Asian you will be made to feel like a second class citizen in your own country. Sad but true. Oh yes only the food is on the house you have to pay for your drink with of course with an inflated price Some more annoying points They give you a complementary pocket bottle mineral water. You will be forced to buy water with inflated prices You will have to call the house keeping atleast 3 times for them to clean your room Dont even try the spa..i dont want to discuss about it here. On the positives they have a good facility and the highlight is the swimming pool The suite room that I booked was spacious. (though not clean) Overall its not worth the stay here. Im sure you will get better places where they treat you better.

Such a pathetic service!! We booked through Agoda and specified that we won't be available for the gala dinner. They assured us of the same. But once we reached the resort we had huge arguement. The resort guys didn't allow any of this, in fact they told us to check with Agoda to get the money refunded. Such terrible service.

Fantastic place, amazing staff, great food. Helpful staff at reception. Rooms are always clean. We came on the 21st December. And will be leaving on the 5th. Christmas Celabration was amazing. Beaches are beautiful ashwem beach is quiet with no hassle, if you want a busy beach I recommend baga beach. We are looking forward to New Year's Eve. Wonderful place to celebrate we couldn't have chosen a better hotel.

Booked 2 standard rooms for 2 nights. Reached there by 2:30 pm and one of the room was not yet ready. One of the room was also upgraded to suite room for my elder parents on my request. Good points: 1. Ambience inside the resort is good, peaceful and clean. 2. Plenty of local restaurants at walkable distance (400-500 meters) 3. Good parking space. 4. Swimming pool. Bad points: 1. Far from beach (>2 km). Though they provide you shuttle service till 6:00 pm, it would be better if you have your own arrangements. 2. Service not up to the mark. Soaps etc not depending on number of guests and only on demand. 3. No one at reception will explain you the facilities at resort unless of course you keep guessing and asking. 4. Overpriced for 3 star. 5. No feedback register. Overall, resort is good in 3 star category, if I compare Apple to Apple. However, better book a resort which is at a walkable distance from beach, there are choices at the same price. I fell for rating at the last moment. If you have no choice then go for it. @GM Resort: There was a review by one of your customers who said despite trying hard to reach you, you were not reachable to address their complaint. It was same for me, you cannot run a resort keeping one of your waiting staff at reception, I left my number for you to call back and I am still waiting for your call (I am reachable too). I am giving 2 star for your attitude towards customer and 1 star for your service staff who served water in a used bottle to my parents and my kids, they assumed I can't afford to pay for 4 bottles of water. Picture is attached for your reference. It's a shame. You are free to justify the act, however this was first and last stay for me and my family.

Arrived Christmas Day very early hours. After changing room we settled in. Hotel is set back from the madness, which is ideal for a little piece & quiet. Breakfast is basic. Rooms clean but could do with a little TLC. Pool side is clean & tidy. 10 mins walking from great restaurants & shops. Staff very friendly & attentive. Tip of the day - Don't get a taxi from outside hotel, walk 10mins to taxi rank on main road which will result in a cheaper prices
