For the price Mello Rosa was very sub quality. I booked at a hotel called Marinha Resorte Dourada.. Very good quality

Very bad experience with this hotel. Entire room was very bad, the quality of bedsheet, towels, curtain & pillows was very poor. Service was pathetic and also very slow. Swimming pool was their but it was not well maintained properly. We would not stay here again.

The room service was bit slow but other staffs were very prompt and quick in their work. Rooms were spacious with clean bed sheet and pillows. The beach was very close to hotel. I had used all the amenities like swimming pool, health club and internet access it was good. The restaurant was very good which serves different varieties of food. I am quite happy with this hotel.

It was perfect for our stay. We stayed in Deluxe room and that was also good. Overall good experiecnce.

One of the most pathetic and mismanaged hotel I have ever stayed.Rooms not neat, no staff support. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 night, on the first day we did get water bottles while on the second day when I asked for it, staff says you have to pay for it. The staff at the reception charged us 11k and gave us a bill of 10k saying 1k is for his personal cut. I was shocked as I have already paid so couldn't do much. Not recommended.

This place is far from main beaches be it Baga or Calangute or Anjuna or Vagator. Though very near Club Cabana. Now for Resort is on medium property and with arrow size pool and 247 bar but rooms are not clean one can spot spiders on wall as well as property is not maintained properly. For breakfast you get bread butter and jam and maybe kanda poha or upma or pakoda along with dip tea bag and coffee. Swimming pool is ok. If property is look after properly this could be good place as staff is mostly from hotel management school first year intern.

Stayed with family for two nights.. Saw it thru oyo, reviews were shouting at the face that it's worst managed... Still against my instincts booked as property looked decent.... Here begins ordeal of mismangement... 1. Room was nice, clean but no towels.. When pointed out then provided with two bathing towels.. But hand towels aren't in their inventory. 2. Surprisingly first property in Goa for this season ( being traveller to the heart, I keep changing properties to experience maximum) ...mosquitoes and ants in the room which I didn't find even when stayed at palolem beach point... 3. No amenities which are standard at oyo app hotels.. Like shower cap, shampoo, conditioners replenishment on daily basis. 4. Pathetic room service.. Asked for a pot of coffee.. Had to remind them three times over a period of 2 hours to get that... Horrible.. 5. Confused staff.... I had booking for two nights and suddenly at 1600 hrs on second day got a call to check out.. When I told the guy Mr. Azhar on reception that he is mistaken.. He asked me to come down instead of checking at his end once again.. So I went and showed booking.. Unapologetically as he was dismissed the case, without even showing a hint of remorse to disturb a guest during his sleep... Only respite was ms. Shaba who apologised for this mistake. 6. Worst complimentary breakfast... Cheapest and tasteless breakfast.. Only toasts, butter, Jam and Indian dish poha for breakfast on first day.. And same toast, butter ,Jam and oily bread bhajji on second day. Not even eggs or omelette.. Can one believe such pathetic breakfast at three star property.. Omellete has to be ordered and paid by self... Also I saw at least half of guests were foreigners.. And without any thought such a breakfastfor them too. . At least eggs should have been provided to those poor souls.. Overall, it should be rated one or two stars only, it's not worth staying with steep price at festival seasons even... Either management pull up their socks or soon they wud have very less inflow.. Coz as I see it's full of bad reviews.. So either correct the shortcomings or loose ur business...

I booked through Oyo rooms for 2 nights 23-25 December 2016, what they are showing on their web site is not at all what this resort looks like, just filthy and pathetic. Please avoid booking this resort through Oyo rooms. They are cheats.

Hopeless place to stay. Only good thing is its Pool which is clean rest nothing is good. We stayed here for 2 nights.Breakfast they provide is just Bread Jam & Upma & other day Chola Bhuttra which was the worst i have ever tasted,TV not working Room A/C not working we complaint them 3-4 times but no solution was provided,Room's were Durty,Bathroom were not nice,Location also not good too far from Calangute only good thing is its close to Club Cabana. Plus they have a very rude bunch of men sitting outside there hotel to provide bike on rest & they are eagerly waiting for you to cheat. Over all NOT A NICE PLACE TO STAY.
