Wash room was untidy. Room service was okay but the staff was cooperative and overall the trip was memorable. I would suggest my friends and colleagues to book in this hotel only.

I booked Marinha Dourada resort for my holiday trip. I liked the room quality but staff servicing was not up to the mark. Food item was also disappointing as they only served continental food but cleanliness was okay.

Hotel is far away from the airport its near Baga,I am very happy with the services.in and around there are many market place..I will the overall experience in this hotel was very good. The staff there is very cooperative and reliable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends

This is the second time we have stayed at the Marinha. Most people love trying a new place each time they visit Goa but we liked the Marinha so much tht exactly a year later we were at the same place again. Now instead of a standard TV they have an LCD in place. The rooms are nice with very soft comfy beds & good service. Flaws at the hotel would be their sub par breakfast. The menu is almost the same everyday & the lake isn't very clean.

It's a very huge property with 2 big Size lake within it self very very calm place on a very good location everything is just near by Only rooms r very old fashioned other wise everything is perfect Staff is too good.. food was very tasty service is excellent...

Just got home after an amazing 2 weeks in this beautiful place. Out of all the hotels we have stayed in Goa this is the most tranquil,peaceful of them all.We met people that have been staying here for over 10 years!And weve made many new friends. The Hotel Staff are brilliant,everybody works so hard to ensure everthing is perfect,clean&tidy,which is a mammoth task for such a big complex,and always smile and say hello.The New Year Gala Dinner was amazing. The food and drink service is very good and very cheap. The rooms are always kept clean, with a/c, ceiling fan,over 100 tv channels and room service is brilliant. The 2 saltwater lakes are fantastic for fishing,with some huge fish.So if you are thinking fishing take big fish equipment there are many 20lb plus Red Snapper, Milk Fish,Barracuda etc. All in all,a fantastic experience,roll on 2018 for our next visit.

Excellent grounds & situation. Lakes are beautiful & gardens. Birds & wildlife are amazing. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but are very comfortable & clean. My partner loves fishing so fishing in the lake made his holiday. Only problem was whilst we were there the manager suddenly put up notices that fishing was restricted to 10am to 7.30pm only. This meant you can only fish in hottest part of day. Staff were very helpful & friendly. Only exception were reception staff who were on occasions quite offhand especially when asking about money exchange. Sam, who is on the gate, on the other hand was so friendly & helpful. Overall great resort & will definitely be back.

Stayed eleven nights. Rooms cleaned daily is a plus however they never dust on top of the cupboard thick with dust. You can get extra towels, soap or TP but this comes at a price (daily). H/K staff not courteous will push past you on the bridge to get where they are going. Never greeted by H/K staff. Reception staff need to be trained in HR. Best staff are the restaurant staff happy friendly and extremely helpful especially the Captains. Manager is friendly and helpful however he needs to TRAIN all his staff. Taxi's outside the Hotel are in a league of their own, charge what they want and never compromise. All in all a beautiful tranquil setting that requires attention to detail and training.

Overall the resort is very GOOD. resort is very spacious, rooms a bit old fashioned but spacious and all room have balcony with a excellent view of pool and pond. toiletries are not provided. so we should have our own. NO WIFI in rooms... so for internet we have to come to lobby/reception. BREAKFAST taste wise good, but less varieties. resort has two swimming pools of 4.8ft depth each. with a extra small pool for kids. the water is not temperature controlled so water will be cold. timings being 9am-7pm. filled with foreigners all the time. good recreational facilities for guests. overall recommended for couples, families and friends.
