The best part about this place is its location which makes you easily accessible to market and beach. Cozy rooms are quite ok. You get all the basic amenties. Though you need to take a bit pain as the staff is a bit lazy. The food at Mama Mia looks to be Italian but taste was totally different. Average stay!!

Have to share the rooms with raptile so called lizard. No service at room call 5 time then the service will be provided to you. By mistake it is given 5star it would be 5star but in the negative -5star Luckly all this had happen on the last day of my trip otherwise must have wasted my whole trip So please never visit the place waste of time and money as well

After reading great review on TripAdvisor we decided to book this hotel. Personally we feel property is quite nice, and has awesome villas but the rooms are smaller and toilet was smelling bad. To our surprise it didn't met our expectations of cleanliness. We had to call the staff. TV had bad cable reception, even staff couldn't help us here. Also found front duty manger quite rude. Food offered is good and has vast spread. Pool is good.

Hotel is the last structure at the end of road, its a quite peaceful place. Staff is nice and friendly. Food is little over priced. Rooms were fresh and clean. They keep having activities on weekends , one should participate and enjoy them. We got what we needed for a nice cozy weekend getaway.

We had 3 night stay and over all experience was good . Staff is very friendly at Jalsa resturant and at mango pickle too . We had a bad experience at breakfast table for we found insect in sambar and also chef stated arguing for same but manager consolidated us and tried to come out of the situation . Secondly rooms were given not as per check in time and we had to wait . best part of your resort is friendly staffs at resturants .

Demo Trip Resort Rio and Rio Residency are the same property with different class of rooms/apts. There are some rooms on second floors without elevator - avoid them if you have an issue with taking the stairs.
