The room was not at all looks like the rooms shown in the pictures, so bad ambience, poor smell of damping, walls has issues of damping and layers has fallen down, washroom is quite quite small, furniture was so old, there is no cupboard in the room, flies and mosquitoes are the residents of rooms, so after all this we have requested to upgrade the rooms the have luckily upgrade the property of their own but allotted lowest segment of room to us, where all the previous issues are same and new issues were added in the list: Ibibo said that hotelier will upgrade the room without taking any extra cost but at the time of check-in they have asked us 2000 rs. Additional for upgradation of room. After the long an tiring journey we finally decided to compromise because we do not want to spoil our Goa trip but below are the things which kept me writing this long review about both the properties: Entrance door height is 5.4 feet. Room height is 7 feet. Washroom ceiling height is 6 feet, I can not even stand there. Some insects are there in washroom. But story doesnt ends here, we asked for the clean blankets they have denied to provide us, we asked for the clean towels they have denied us. I am a frequent traveller and I never written such a big review for anything in my lifetime but now you guys can imagine how frustrating and harassing experience it was. Kindly do not even think about RIVASA COMFORT, RIVASA RESORT OR ANY OTHER RIVASA PROPERTY ANYWHERE IN GOA. I am not sure about the PAN India. I might be missing some of my more bad experiences, I guess.
