PULLED OFF, ON REQUEST- DO NOT LOAD........The superior room was dirty not maintained properly. The swimming pool was dirty & not maintained well. We didnt like the food in the restaurant. Staff are very slow in their service.

The stay was excellent and the staff was supportive as i met an minor accident there. The service was excellent. The breakfast was fine but Lunch/ Dinner was not satisfactory. Initially they didn't allot good room which they changed on demand.

Riviera De Goa is a top notch hotel in Goa for an affordable price. We were American travelers of Indian descent and found the customer service to be outstanding and the quality of the hotel far exceeded our expectations. We exclusively ate at the hotel during our stay at the Flame Restaurant and the hotel staff assisted us with all our needs with a smile. The Saturday night Bazaar across the street is also a plus for the weekend. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a lovely hotel and we had a really nice time here. Saturday market is 5 mins away and there is a free shuttle to Baga beach. Breakfast buffet is varied and food quality is very good. Best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff and service-nothing is too much trouble and any request is carried out quickly and efficiently. Must particularly mention Saurabh in the restaurant / diner - very friendly and helpful, great customer service.

Just returned from two weeks in the double tree hotel. We were a group of 5 couples all but one had to change rooms because they were dirty,2of our party even went out and bought disinfectant and cleaned the bathroom themselves,not what you want when you arrive at 2am. Rooms sorted with 2 couples having to pay 100 extra for a pool view,we started to enjoy our holiday. We went for breakfast where the fruit,cereal and pastries were of a wide variety,when it came to the cooked egg counter I never once got what I ordered,on one occasion I was brought up 2 plates of fried eggs when I had asked for a omelette,in the end I gave up and stuck to cereal. It says free wi-fi but in fact you have to pay daily for it. To be fair to the manageres on hearing of our complaints appologised saying it was not what to expect from a five star hotel and from then on things improved. The hotel is only near two restaurants,one of which the food was not very nice. There-fore you are a captured market for on site taxi drivers who are no more than a cartel charging over the top to go anywhere. The hotel has a curtesy bus,but that does not start till 11am,and on the one time we used it it failed to pick us back up. Beware when buying a drink there is a 27% tax and a 5% service charge on top,something I never paid anywhere else. Obviously I will not return.

Stayed for two nights. Checkin swift and very courteous. Rooms beautifully air conditioned, the huge bed was perfect for s good nights sleep, and the decor of the room was all you'd expect from this high end brand. What made this hotel really stand out was the world class service from every single department. Smiles and warm greetings from everybody, and a 'nothing's too much trouble' attitude. Roopa the front of house manager was amazing. She helped us with our next destination and could not have been more helpful. Her warm and helpful manner showed her to be a real credit to this hotel. Breakfast was amazing. So much choice and the waiting staff buzzing around always checking if you needed anything. Drinks and our lunches were delicious. Finally the pool area. A lovely swimming pool with plenty of beds and shade... Munna the pool attendant always on hand to make sure you had what you needed. His smile and manner were again a total credit to the hotel. If visiting Goa (near Baga and directly opposite the Saturday market) and it's within your budget this hotel ticks every possible box. Perfect short stay.

love this hotel ,the staff are lovely its our 3rd time at this hotel ,when we arrived they did give us a room on the 4th floor that had no balcony not good ,I did email them two weeks before asking for the 2nd floor the reception manager did say he got my email but we had to go in this room for qne night and would move us the day after but when I rang the day after I was told there was no rooms but they did move us next door to our original room was a bit better but not as nice as the rooms that have stayed in before the bathrooms do need updating ,it has gone more expensive in the hotel with the taxes they have put on so didn't eat and drink in the hotel as much as we have done before and other people was saying the same it was a shame really because the bar was quite and its a lovely bar ,we did have a look at other hotels for next time we go and there are some new ones but I do like the staff at this hotel we even took boss (on security )for a meal with us cause he is such a lovely man

The property is big , by Arpora standards however the basic structure is very old school. This is not like the new double trees that we have across the world. It was an old property Riviera which Hilton is managing. And how well it is managing. The service is top class, breakfast amazing and everything looks really customer friendly. But it's only when you step inside the room you feel that it is a refurbished product and not a new one. The switch es, panels, curtains, all are not up to Hilton's standard. Overall a nice place to stay if you are visiting north Goa.

Demo Trip Look for room from 1 to 15 anything beyond that will get you a swamp facing room specially when you are on the 2nd to the 4th floor....
