PULLED OFF, ON REQUEST- DO NOT LOAD........The superior room was dirty not maintained properly. The swimming pool was dirty & not maintained well. We didnt like the food in the restaurant. Staff are very slow in their service.

The stay was excellent and the staff was supportive as i met an minor accident there. The service was excellent. The breakfast was fine but Lunch/ Dinner was not satisfactory. Initially they didn't allot good room which they changed on demand.

Riviera De Goa is a top notch hotel in Goa for an affordable price. We were American travelers of Indian descent and found the customer service to be outstanding and the quality of the hotel far exceeded our expectations. We exclusively ate at the hotel during our stay at the Flame Restaurant and the hotel staff assisted us with all our needs with a smile. The Saturday night Bazaar across the street is also a plus for the weekend. I highly recommend staying here.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in November 2016. Stunning hotel. Beautiful open air reception. We stayed in a basic room. It was fantastic. Huge bed, nice seating area, excellent bathroom facilites, lovely view of garden and river. Special thanks to mark 8381058999 for providing good discount on scuba diving & waterfall trip. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Must of us like music instead of providing individual television set every room along with that also provide Bose wireless device , headphone and player it will be more fun:) and also bathtub is washroom.

We planned our destination wedding in Goa at this Hotel. Being an Aussie/Indo wedding, we had quite a few guests traveling from Australia as well as from other parts of India. If we could call out the one thing from the fantastic experience we've had at this hotel, it would be the world class customer service. We really appreciate the dedication of the team to ensure we have a comfortable stay. Pranav, together with this team made sure we had a flawless event at this Hotel. Our guests absolutely loved the Hotel for its ambience, location and customer service. A truly great experience.

overpriced overpriced

i had a nice stay at this hotel but I don't think its worth to stay here because the hotel is old and the price is a little high if you want to stay near this location look out for premier inn , the cost per night for this hotel is similar to doubletree but the benefit is that its worth to stay here because its new and opened this year , the staff at the doubletree is nice but only stay here if you are getting a good deal .

My wife and I extended a business trip in India and visited Goa for last 2 days. Stayed at the Double Tree (in Arpora) which we are used to good service in States. The service here is above average and restaurant is well above the US standards serving fresh made breakfast and both western and Indian local foods. Pool was clean and rooms are well kept. Staff here is amazingly friendly and helpful. Went to the beach with free shuttle service from hotel. Beach was ok and for sure not the Caribbean! Prices are reasonable all around.
