PULLED OFF, ON REQUEST- DO NOT LOAD........The superior room was dirty not maintained properly. The swimming pool was dirty & not maintained well. We didnt like the food in the restaurant. Staff are very slow in their service.

The stay was excellent and the staff was supportive as i met an minor accident there. The service was excellent. The breakfast was fine but Lunch/ Dinner was not satisfactory. Initially they didn't allot good room which they changed on demand.

Riviera De Goa is a top notch hotel in Goa for an affordable price. We were American travelers of Indian descent and found the customer service to be outstanding and the quality of the hotel far exceeded our expectations. We exclusively ate at the hotel during our stay at the Flame Restaurant and the hotel staff assisted us with all our needs with a smile. The Saturday night Bazaar across the street is also a plus for the weekend. I highly recommend staying here.

The property is big , by Arpora standards however the basic structure is very old school. This is not like the new double trees that we have across the world. It was an old property Riviera which Hilton is managing. And how well it is managing. The service is top class, breakfast amazing and everything looks really customer friendly. But it's only when you step inside the room you feel that it is a refurbished product and not a new one. The switch es, panels, curtains, all are not up to Hilton's standard. Overall a nice place to stay if you are visiting north Goa.

Very good, helpful staff, clean and good location. The shuttle bus to baga beach was useful shame it didn't go to other local beaches and run a bit later. Good room service facilities and nice pool. Would stay again!

We are currently staying at this hotel, our second visit. We visited a hotel in Candolim the other night and was curious as to how the reviews compared. This is a very quiet and peaceful hotel to stay at. The rooms are in need of refurbishment, but still ok. I understand that some of this is being carried out now. Beds are comfortable, and rooms relatively clean. bathrooms aren't big, but how long do you spend in them? Hairdryers and toiletries provided and replaced daily, as are tea, coffee etc. Free bottles of water also provided. The pool is clean. Pool area is lovely and pool staff very helpful and polite, as are the rest of the hotel staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Wifi seems to be an issue. We were given it free last year, but told had to pay this year, so complained and were told wouldn't be charged. Plenty of choice at breakfast, with an 'egg station' where eggs, omelettes, pancakes etc cooked fresh. although at times it can be a bit chaotic. There are no activities, but it's just not that type of hotel. If you want organised pool games, karaoke etc go somewhere else! The Saturday market is opposite but far enough away so as not to be disturbed. Although the main road is very busy then. There are go-karts opposite but you wouldn't know they were there. Rooms overlooking the lagoon are nice. Hotel has two lifts. The spa is good. Would recommend if you want a chilled, relaxing holiday.

Towels were not available when we asked for them. Idlis were served without chutney. Bills presented at the end of the stay had calculation mistakes and we were being overcharged - that was rectified later, however, not a very satisfying stay.

Demo Trip Look for room from 1 to 15 anything beyond that will get you a swamp facing room specially when you are on the 2nd to the 4th floor....
