PULLED OFF, ON REQUEST- DO NOT LOAD........The superior room was dirty not maintained properly. The swimming pool was dirty & not maintained well. We didnt like the food in the restaurant. Staff are very slow in their service.

The stay was excellent and the staff was supportive as i met an minor accident there. The service was excellent. The breakfast was fine but Lunch/ Dinner was not satisfactory. Initially they didn't allot good room which they changed on demand.

Riviera De Goa is a top notch hotel in Goa for an affordable price. We were American travelers of Indian descent and found the customer service to be outstanding and the quality of the hotel far exceeded our expectations. We exclusively ate at the hotel during our stay at the Flame Restaurant and the hotel staff assisted us with all our needs with a smile. The Saturday night Bazaar across the street is also a plus for the weekend. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel whereas not bad in itself, is hardly a 5 star property. I'd call it a budget 4 star at best. This is evident in basic items like absence of beach towels, a really poor quality hotel shuttle that looks like it should have been sent to the junk yard ten years ago etc. That being said, the staff were certainly nice and helpful. Would have rated it higher had this been advertised as a boutique for star budget resort instead of a 5 star Hilton property. Mismatch of expectations.

This place is not Hilton I think this is something else because what I have heard about Hilton and staying at this place was entirely different and I think the other non brnded properties might have been better than this the staff don't know how to talk to the guests .,,,

Disappointed with the overall stay as the rooms & bathrooms were filty. The flooring of the rooms were so dirty & in bad condition. Complained to the hotel staff but just got a apology letter by them. Not worth the price at all. Would not recommend to anyone including my friends family others.

While the hotel as such is probably ok, the rooms require renovation, internet pretty much does not work, and the breakfast is just about ok. The hotel is not a beach property, but it is located very close to Bagha beach, and parking is more than adequate if you have a car.

Rooms quite big but very noisy room boys bang the doors as they are in and out instead of pinning them open Indians slam the doors if you want a nap in the afternoon you have no chance other than that it's a good hotel but quite way off from anywhere and also the rupee is not what it's telling you back home you get here and it's only 70/75 to the pound
