Mr Pankaj Sharma runs an excellent clean establishment His staff are really helpful and cant do enough for you The apartment is clean every 2/3 days to brilliant standard The apartment is large spacious and airy and has excellent facilities and A/C The swimming pool is cleaned daily and well kept there is also allocated parking facilities. Would recommend this establishment to everyone Thank you Pankaj for you hospitality

The owner talks quite slyly while booking his property and right after then nothing is done as per the commitment. This is the second time that we came across such a bad experience. I shall highly recommend not to opt for his property even if it's the last property left in Arpora. There is always a next time. You can rather book any other time and I am sure you shall still get at least a better one than this.

Don go guys here his host pankaj is so rude and they didnot clean any thing there the place is bad they charge money for 1 hour late check out and his host is ready to fight with the tourist so please dont go there

Referred by one friend of mine so i was kind of assured of good offerings but got blown to see the amenities, service, cleanliness, security offering of this place. This property listed under Talisman properties owned by Jassin and managed by his team. If you looking for a relaxed stay but not like the hotel kind of culture then this is the place. You will feel like home they have led TV, sofa set, bedroom with AC, kitchen with microwave, fridge, induction cook top and utensils, dining table and everything else u will have at home to make your stay nice and pleasant. Along with a full time well maintained swimming pool and nice windy balcony's. This place doesn't offer food but definitely you can order it from many near restaurant's. Jassin, Savio & Team made our stay so memorable by helping us organizing our holiday to be more happening with each day plan. Thanks to you all and all the luck.
