Room was very nice and spacious and was well furnished. Hotel staff were courteous. It was 200 meters away from sea-face. Location was good. I do not mind recommending the hotel to anyone whom I know.

My sincere advice to any prospective traveller - Please avoid this hotel like the plague. I am really at a loss to describe the current state of affairs. I had recently booked a 3 nights stay during Diwali. I was shocked when I saw the hotel for the first time. The hotel building itself was in dilapidated condition, with hardly any signs of maintenance. The room in question had a foul smell, and despite repeated requests to the front desk, no attempt was made at clean-up. The paint was flaking off from everywhere, the windows had gaping holes in them bedside table was filthy, the TV as well as the floor had a thick layer of dust covering it, there were paan/guthka stains everywhere, the pillows had smudges - heaven knows of what - the list goes on. I was forced to check into a different hotel on the second day of my vacation itself as this place was simply unbearable.

This Hotel is perfect for Middle Budget family. Rooms are very clean and well furnished. Bathroom is clean had soaps,showers etc.,Room service was very slow, had to remind thrice on most occasions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler who wants to stay in GOA-Panjim/Panaji/Miramar Beach.

Ok, so I had to have a quick stay near Panjim for my late night flight. I checked on Oyo and booked this for 1352 bucks, so far so good. Given that this was under Oyo premium, I though cleanliness and basics is assured. But what I got to see is that a good spacious room is left completely bland. Impractical furniture and washroom doesn't look good. First of all front desk itself was non existent, I was ushered into a room, which wasn't properly cleaned yet, so thankfully they shifted me to another. The property is good for economical stay, it also flashes OYO flagship board, it has full branding of OYO, so why not work on service and guest handling capabilities? A basic discipline with some improvements in infra and staff attitude will surely make it good!

Rooms are bright and cheerful. The place is very hygienic. We booked it for 1100/- per room. They provide many facilities such as free wifi, complimentary breakfast, a/c room, tv. The location is in the heart of the city. All the famous casinos are located nearby. I have also attested room photos.

terrible service, far away rooms from city avoid at all costs, very dirty too. The opposite side to this apartment building has a lot of stray dogs and these are very aggressive at the night. There is little to no food too, the staff is aged, old, angry and dim witted.

Stayed here for a night, when I came back I went for bath and then there was no hot water and no ac for 5 hours, phone was dead too, enquired at reception and found out they have switch through which they can turn it off, then they said when guests go out they do that and they did not we had come back. The checkout is very early morning, and it is difficult, the shower hardly worked, the room boys were rude. IF you don't want to spoil your goa experience avoid this hotel.

Firstly I willing to mention that this is now gradually turned into a residential building. There are 4 blocks from which only 1 block they used as Hotel or Guest house purpose. For tourist this is not the perfect one but those who visit goa for long stay or for other purpose they can choose Ac room ( they also sell as non ac by less rate). As no food availability you have to walk to Punjabi dhaba (excellent food in reasonable price) near miramar beach. As the tourist visit goa with different mentality & thoughts for leisure purpose I strongly suggest them to avoid Sand Castles Holiday Homes. But those who visit goa for long stay or for other purpose they can opt this.
