Location: the hotel location is about 30KM away from Mapusa Bus stop and only half a km away from beach. Calangute beach is only 2 KM away. Very close to other facilities like ATM, Taxi stand and market. Everyone seem to know where the hotel is if u take a public transport. Standard fare is 250 bucks for taxi and 150 for auto-rickshaw. Parking: No parking slots. Just road side parking but bike rent service is just outside the hotel. Front desk: same desk as restaurant. The receptionist seems to be less concerned about dressing as he is always sitting in his pajamas/shorts/tees. He and his buddies always chatting over the desk. They don’t accept credit card but well documented about bills. Room & room service: The rooms are excellent. Wooden finish, great flooring, AC, small refrigerator, cupboard, electronic combination vault, huge designer mirror, 24 hours running hot and cold water, good toilet finish and cleanliness. The room was road facing and had a balcony. The curtains were good and everything in the room was working perfectly. Though there is no bell or intercom so if you need room service then you need to go down to the reception. There is no daily housekeeping for the rooms which means you need to ask them when you need the room cleaned. But they do clean on asking. Cleaning room is necessary everyday as in a place like Goa sand seems to be flying in the wind. Also laundry takes more than 24 hours to arrive. Food: Just yummy. Great variety of choice and at very reasonable price. Many recipes of English and continental food available to choose from. They also serve a wide variety of liquor and exotic wines and you must try “The Mixed Meat London House” if you are a non-veg freak like me. You are allowed to take your half-eaten dish to your room as well .. lol Staffs: Very helpful and sweet. Always ready to lend an extra hand whenever asked. I loved it the way they arranged our anniversary cake.

I was moved from hotel seagull to other hotel on arrival which i was not informed about in advance but the hotel to which i was moved was also good but not what i opted for
